Ms.Duran NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! SHE WAS RUDE!! SHE DIDNT ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS! SHE CUT ME OFF FROM EVERYTIME I WOULD TRY TO TALK! SHE TOLD ME TO CALL BACK TOMORROW! I TOLD HER I WOULD BE HOMELESS TOMORROW AND I HAD 2 KIDS! SHE DIDNT CARE AND STILL CONTINUED TO BE RUDE TO ME! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE IRS WOULD EVEN HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THIS! SHE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT HER JOB AT ALL! I AM DISGUSTED BY DURANS ACTIONS! AND I WANT TO HEAR FROM A SUPERVISOR AS I REQUESTED BY HER! AND I WANT HER FIRED!!
The IRS is the equivalent to the Italian Mafia, and the Chinese Triads. They do everything in their power to work as minimum as possible to answer questions and resolve issues - they WANT and DESIRE fees to accrue as it pays for the Pension Funds of State / Federal Employees as well as their salaries. The IRS should be STRIPPED of all their power - they are negligent in all aspects of their job. Complete waste of time - and they are very cunning to make certain that they don't have to answer their phones - just gets automatically disconnected. The Government doesn't have to work - just bill insane amount of money and threaten to take your wages, home and livelihood away from you. Republicans AND Democrats should unite to do something about this MAFIA GOVERNMENT ENTITY.
Where's the help. I've been on line for help and cannot find my topic answer. I send an email to explain my question in detail, but received no reply all three times that it was sent.So next I phone for help at 1-800-829-1040. I reach an actual person who says she understands my question when asked. She asks me if I can hold to be transferred to an advanced line. I holding for under one minute, I am connected to a pre-recorded message telling me to go on line to the IRS website for an answer!Seriously? This is helpful how? 🤦♀️🤯
I hate calling the IRS. The wait is one thing but it’s not often at all that I come across a rude agent. I waited for almost an hour to reach someone who made it seem as if they just simply didn’t want to talk. I was very patient because I just want this issue resolved but the agent continued being excessively rude, huffing and puffing over the 10 minute conversation with no solution, and went on to hang up on me.
These worthless employees audited my taxes from 2019. I received a notice in early November that I owed money. I hired a CPA to carefully review my prior taxes at a cost of $370.00 The tax account found a $ 198.00 tax discrepancy at which the IRS disputed to be $ 26,451.00 I really believe the IRS hires rejects who can not find employment elsewhere. I submitted a check 2 weeks after my notification in November for $198.00 I finally received a letter today stating they were shut down to COVID crap but guess what, my interest was still accruing despite their shut down. I hope a class action lawsuit is initiated with these scumbags.
I just want the I.R.S know that one of the employees that helped me today on the phone his name is Mr. Skeen 1002754606, was a great help. He was very good at his job and really went out of his way to help me. He's a model customer service agent and should be a boss. Thanks again Me. Skeen
It’s funny how as soon as we the people owe you guys a single $1, you suddenly know our every location, all our workplaces, our friends, our family, our favorite color, what we ate for breakfast, and our hopes and dreams, but when money is due to us, you lot don’t know JACK. January 6th mail date, priority mail route, first class, yet MILLIONS are STILL waiting for their check, and it’s the 18th! This is RIDICULOUS. Guess it must be nice being able to play fast and loose with the rest of us while you sit comfortably at your government job, huh? Do you sleep well at night knowing our utilities are being cut off and people are going hungry because of your incompetence? Stop the madness. Stop the excuses, stop the made up bull about not knowing anyone’s information or not being able to send things to the correct accounts. You know everyone’s business, we’re not stupid. So stop treating us like playthings and mail. our. money!!!
Been having hard time understanding why half of Americans has gotten there refund and #2 stimulus,everytime I call there saying we are backed up its been a year and I have not received my 2019 when I go on the my refund app it says not enough Informationen as well as 2# stimulus
