Filed refund and was accepted in Feb no help or refund

I have Called a few times and they have been pleasant but today I spoke with Michica ID# 1001889654 and she was so rude and horrible she made me feel like I was a criminal then when she asked what My employer was I told her the County she then later told me you work for the government you should know you need to wait I was fed up by then I said no I work for the government and know How I should treat people and its not like this I work hard every day and for her to treat me like that was so horrible.

I hate all of u irs agents its been two years of me waiting on what belongs to me is it because im black what the hell i see the majority of white have gotten theres and tge immigrants so is people thats been locked up for ten years getting taxes before a black tax paying citizens i say screw the government i hate u all and your hidden agendas

HORRIBLE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - I would rate them a -10 stars if the option was available. My return was accepted March 19, 2021 to date my return/refund has not been processed! It's easier to pull teeth out of a bear's mouth than it is to get an IRS representative on the phone to assist you. This is absolutely ridiculous! Why aren't there any communications sent regarding our tax returns filed! Are our tax returns being put on the back burner??? We deserve answers as tax payers!

Bogus penalties

The IRS doesn't follow its own rules. They just throw bogus penalties at people and see what sticks. They hardly answer their phones (you'll be on hold for an hour). Their agents don't know much and often contradict each other.

Noboe, ID:100984740. One of the most rude agents saying I don’t understand english because it is my second language and she never answered my question. U.S is home to millions of immigrants that speaks perfect English, if she can’t accept that, then she shouldn’t be working for the IRS. She was also very dismissive with my questions. In addition, she also hung up the phone after I asked her I wanted to speak to another agent.

I am not politically affiliated at all

I am not politically affiliated at all. This is home based I am just discuste with this system. My fiance filed her taxes on 2/16 and I filed a simple 1040ez on 2/18...not only have I not gotten my return, but ZERO communication when attempting to call...and yes I've tried all the "tricks". Just want what is owed to me or not, just lmk...????? Idc about some stimulus check! I want my refund! You're clogging up the system! Well done sir. Well done.(No there is not an issue with my return nor do I owe any taxes whatsoever.)

IRS customer helpline is a JOKE

IRS customer helpline is a JOKE. They waste your whole day and leave you with no solutions to your problem. Useless people work here. They just hang up on you or transfer to an unrelated department and make you wait for hours. Awful service.

The IRS decided to change my status…

The IRS decided to change my status from Head of Household to single. I received a letter with just the notification but not an explanation of why. Called the number provided but impossible to get an agent via phone to resolve this issue on time because now I owe them (when actually I was expecting a refund), so I had to file an extension. It is EMBARRASING that a country like USA has this third world country service. What a shame.
