I truly understand that the IRS is Extremely Busy . Yet and still last year when I had FILED my TAXES for the VERY first time . I had major issues . Yet when the IRS sent me my INCOME TAX REFUND, they had sent it to my CORRECT BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER . YET FOR THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC STIMULUS PAYMENT THEY HAVE SENT IT TO AN ACCOUNT THAT I'VE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF !!!! AND THAT TOOL THAT THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE IS REALLY A SUPER PILL TO SAY THE LEAST . AND I'M ON SSI DISABILITY PAYMENTS AND THEY ( THE IRS ) DIDN'T EVEN GET THE CORRECT INFORMATION ABOUT ME AND MY ACTUAL ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SENDS MY BENEFITS TO .

They’re thieves, don’t trust them. Taxation without representation is how this country was started. I know the individuals working for them are just puppets, but tax laws in this country are flawed. Why is it not taught in schools? They don’t want us to understand it.

Sent the wrong amount and no customer service

Sent the wrong amount and no customer service for the COVID-19 payment. Received a random, unexplained, amount. Every other website is at least offering email customer service. What a joke. If the IRS employees are non-essential, taxes should be optional next year since they aren't important. Oh, wait, not a chance on that. There's a good reason they don't allow the Gov to be sued, because they wouldn't get anything else done from all of the errors.

Jesus these Trump leg humpers now a days. Damn path act trump created along with new tax laws has pretty much give the IRS the ability to set on their butt and if you call and ask why its taken so long the response is "Well Trumps new path act and changed in tax laws.....we sent you a letter saying 60 days" Yeah you sent me one then 60 days past and you sent another and another. I read the path act and new tax laws no where does it say people with EIC or Child tax credits automatically get their taxes held for 60 days. They did this to us last year and we had to get an advocate. going that route this year

The absolute worst customer service

The absolute worst customer service. Ive been on the phone with these incompetent clowns since last july. I was on the phone over 4 hours yesterday and still didnt get my questions answered. Its march 4, 2020 and still yet to get my federal tax returns from 2018. No accountability for bad service, above the law, pathitic organizations that hire the most pathetic under trained employees. I think the truth is, they dont have the money and holding mine hostage. What a double standard, if you owe them they're on you like bloodhounds, fining you, charging you interest, harassing phone calls, but yet when they owe you money, crickets cant be found. What an absolute disgrace this so called sovereign government entity, is to our country. The IRS needs to go, completely inefficient and incompetent.

If you do a payment plan

If you do a payment plan, they will tack on the Obamacare penalties that you don't technically have to pay into the payment plan and they do not make this clear. Now you're stuck paying for that crap that you literally do not have any legal obligation to pay at all (according to law and Congress). All the IRS can do is just keep a refund from you, but in this case they also add it to your payment plan. Very deceptive. IRS should be scuttled and closed.

Confusion of letter

Dear IRS, Firstly I received your letter for my federal tax return on 2019-06-26. In which is written that I owe money,I already payed this amount of money. In addition to that in my agency they promise me that I will get max.220$ and now I did not get anything. I have tried calling on international number and I can not get a live person. Can you please explain me why did you approved Itemized deductions to my colleagues and not for me? Probably is this some mistake? Secondly,my colleagues from same company did get federal taxes return.How is possible that someone from same company,from same period of work and year,similar situation and payment did get back taxes,someone did not get taxes? I am poor student,who work hard last summer. In addition to that,I do not understand this inconvenience.I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
