I filed my taxes on February 18,2021! My 1200 dollars were sent to a different address called in December of 2020 was told they traced it the representative told me she took care of that called back she didn't now my 1200 dollars is on review for another 8 weeks! I have not received one stimulus check or a refund! I don't trust the IRS! I am refusing to take any vaccine! If I can't trust them to give me my refund I don't trust them to vaccinate me! No refund no vaccine for me! This is my money that they are holding not theirs! I am boycotting! This is wrong and discriminating against so many minorities!

A freaking JOKE

WHERE IS MY STIMULUS?! After updating my deposit info ( after receiving my return that you slashed in half!) a MONTH ago....still nothing. Now if we don't pay the IRS, they place leans, do garnishments and take properties....but how in the hell do we get our money from them?? I mean for gods sake you are trying to give a stimulus to the homeless.....but what about those that WORK AND PAY F**KING TAXES?? this government is a joke. No wonder we are the laughing stock of other countries🤦 by the way. Ive called, no way to get through. Ive emailed its been 1 week and no reply back on that either.

Here we go again, run around to fibd money owed

Here we go again. The 7th and this ssier is still sitting here waiting yet again for a stimilous payment. They have the onfo from social security, yet here I sit again. Not filing another tax credit😡 Here we are on the 8th now and still no money. I am embarassed for America. The world must be loling at how messed up the irs has our disaster funds. Well yet again no money day 2. The find my money is broke yet again. Thank you irs for being embarrasing to the world.Well it is Fri. Of the week the urs said I'd have my 1,400. And nadda. What excuse this time? At least I got my food stamps on time. EVERYONE THAT WAS FORCED TO FILE THE FAKE IRS TAX CREDIT WILL NOT GET THEIR 1,400 STIMILOUS UNTIL THE IRS AUITS YOUR CREDIT RETURN, A WEEK HE SAID, & THEN MAY GET IT. SSIERS AND SOCIAL SECURITY PEOPLE WERE TRICKED AND IRS FAILED AGAIN. American people, ask your self why a supposed business like the irs is making so many purposful mistakes. They make money off of us. The irs is just as devistating as the virus. Well today is the 11th and 5th day past when irs was suppose to have my money to me. Can not wait to see what lies and who they blame this week. Irs should bow out of what is suppose to be a disaster fund. Monday the 12 th and no money again and now no phone. Disabled fall risk, so you know who I blame, you got it, the Irs is the devil.

i really would like to give -100 stars but 1 star will do.

1. either you get through or you get an immediate message stating that the call volume is too high please try again later @ 8-9 in the morning 2. you get through after calling back numerous times (hang up, call right back type of thing) and get through.. go through all the damn prompts to either get to a robot " Understand complete sentences" (DOES NOT UNDERSTAND A WORD I AM SPEAKING) or get transferred by the robot to the wrong department they either immediately hang the phone or the representative come on the line saying you're in the wrong department i will have to transfer you... now mind you this is after sitting on hold for longer than 45 mins listening to the terrible elevator music and oddly someone pressing buttons on the phone.. it is not me pressing them by the way.. my phone is on speaker phone because I AM WORKING ALSO. 3. THEY FINALLY ANSWER (longest time i have been on hold after speaking with the stupid robot 1 hr 50 mins) but guess what... THE "LIVE PERSON" hang up! i have been trying to reach someone since 2020 literally calling every other day and once really frustrated i wait a week or so then start this process all over again... then the government wonder why people don't like paying taxes or just say F it to filing returns... look at how we tax payers are treated. how about taking the money from my two jobs and also from driving uber on the weekends and hire more representatives?! it is 4/9 @ 10:13AM, i have called 6 times this morning.. i am now on hold current time listening to this music is 30 mins... oh yeah i forgot to tell you all.. first 2 calls the robot hung up on me the other calls the robot stated that it had no information in the system for me.. weird because i am still trying to get my 2018 tax return... you lucky if you got your stimulus check... i have not received ANY of them.

Ms. Patterson had me on hold for 2 hours today. 04/02/2021, from 4:55pm to 6:55pm. The IRS sucks and so does the customer service! Are all the rep retirees? Maybe I go to class somewhere and do what they do! Absolutely Nothing!

Final Spoke to Someone with Excellent Customer Service

Today I spoke to a gentleman (ID #1000181942) who was so patient, kind, and knowledgable of the process I needed to take to ensure my paperwork is processed in a timely manner. When speaking with him he was understanding of my concerns and took the neccessary steps to ensure I was good. Great customer service!

What a failed process

I was on the phone for quite a long time waiting to speak with someone, then the call failed because of high call volume. I couldn’t even speak to someone. They are basically useless anyways because they give a speech in the beginning about how they can’t answer any personal questions even though they already know everything about you. What a waste of time.Still no update on stimulus or tax return and I’ve been waiting seven weeks all together. IRS keeps telling me to keep waiting, even though my return was accepted and I am eligible for a stimulus check, which I should’ve gotten through direct deposit. This system is absolutely atrocious and needs to be resolved immediately.

Even with no transparency its easy for the American people to see right through you. Stop playing the blame game and do what the American People pay you to do. I'm speaking on behalf of the 3 million SSI,SSD,VETERAN'S,RAILROAD AND SOCIAL SECURITY SURVIVORS BENIFITS. Not to mention the tax payers getting screwed. Those of us on benefit could have been taken care of quickly when the Biden so called covid relief stimulus passed. Everyone knows you didnt need S.S.A. to send you records. You have had the record and our incomes never change. The direct express card is government issued. Now as i was saying do you job,flip that little switch and get the EIP to the people or tell us the hold up. The real hold up and no B.S. thank you for your time. 3 weeks?

for some reason, irs think they run the United States, when they actually want nothing watch

for some reason, the irs think they run everything. and irs make sure they take care of foreigners, who dont even belong here in the United States morer than the working UsA Citizens, so i wish the irs would try and take my property over oweing some taxes..they can not just come and take nobodies properties anymore..the irs think americans are afraid of them..we are not scare of u irs ok for one thing, we no what yall is, I say be done with paying TAXES, we dont need to pay nomore taxes. Free us from paying taxes..we dont need the irs, except for filing our returns getting money..say bye to the IRS,
