I wish I’d looked here before using.Ordered 2 items from what I thought was a reputable seller who has a separate business. Items never sent. Messaged seller, no response. Raised the issue with Depop- no response. I’m now a month on, £80 out of pocket, and without any kind of resolution. Awful, awful customer service. They make Vinted look amazing.

Stay away from Clover if you are in the market for a POS system. If you are already a customer do not upgrade to the duo. The old 2018 version is far better than the new system. The old system had a built-in battery that helped during power outages. The new system does not. I had never experienced freezes with the old one. Now, they are common. I have to restart the system many times when I open in the mornings since the customer facing display will not turn on. Unfortunately it’s too late for me to move on to a new system. You on the other hand, have options.

Avoid the subscription. Having been a subscriber for well over 20 years I've now cancelled. For over 4 weeks I've not been able to access the print version (they blame postal strikes for it not arriving), web or app version. I've tried to contact the support team for over a month, just to be placed on hold, emails are not replied to. I've had nothing in return for my money. Gone from good to little more than a money grabbing rude scam outfit, offering near zero product or service.

Two nights ago I experienced a medical emergency and urgently needed to get to A&E due to a post surgery severe bleeding from my nipple. Due to a postcode error, I was dropped at the wrong part of the hospital.When I asked the driver to take me to the correct entrance, he refused, saying he couldn’t help because of the camera. I gave him my phone to assist with rebooking, but he didn’t help. I was forced to book another ride myself — while in distress — and was later charged for it.Eventually, the same driver agreed to take me, but spent the short trip minimizing my experience and complaining about being accused of not helping. Uber’s response? A £1.60 refund. No accountability. No empathy but a canned response.Appalling lack of empathy and responsibility. Not acceptable for a service people rely on in emergencies.

Purchased an item from the website on the 25th with the website stating it would be processed within 3 days and 12 days later contacted customer services for an update and advised that the order is in the warehouse and they are currently experiencing delays due to the festive period but all is well with the order and I should hear something in the next few days.48 hours I receive an email to say my order had been cancelled.Absolutely terrible customer service and still waiting for my money back.

I simply disagree with marketing strategies such as from Capterra.This site is so misleading. 90+% of all their suggestions is "online", 3rd party software. And here it starts already:When I look for software, I look for "Software" and NOT for online services of a 3rd party, because I like to keep my business in my rooms, not in others.Software is software, online service is - online (not always, really)service. Capterra is misleading the public and assist with spreading sly, online marketing schemes.

I tried to order an electric roaster. The website estimated delivery Dec 20. I paid at checkout, then the delivery date updated to Dec 31. I needed the roaster for Christmas. I then tried to cancel the order, but there was no way to cancel the order on the website. The policy states you have 60 minutes to cancel. After exhausting every method to cancel on the website, I emailed asking to cancel the order. This was 20 minutes after checkout. They emailed me back 10 days later stating that it was too late to cancel the order as it has now been processed and sent. I will be disputing the sale with my credit card provider. Disappointed with the service. I will not be using this company again.

Make sure you create an account before purchasing your items, otherwise they will make you spend hours trying to get a return label, providing no information and making you contact their staff live. They claim to send a link to their returns portal in their emails, but I've reviewed all the emails they sent about my order, and there was no link. The customer service representative then just resent me the email, until I reiterated that NO RETURN LINK EXISTS. The customer rep then generated a return label for me, but this was the most manual process I've ever seen in a UK online store and feels a lot like a scam. Never been more frustrated with a return on any other website. Avoid if you have better things to do in life.
