Have had Waze for three years and never had a problem until this year. Now it is always "Waiting on Network" and the routing goes crazy. It is useless for giving me any good directions. I have tried every suggestion that I can find to correct this problem, but nothing works. Reluctantly I will now go to Google maps.

Beware of VRBO- their Book with Confidence guarantee is a SCAM! On 1/26/23, I paid a deposit for a vacation home in Jacksonville Beach, FL that I was to rent in January-February of 2024.On 4/17/23 , I was notified by Awilda Fuentes (from C&C Beachside Booking) on 4/15/23 that the home had been sold and was now a private home, so it was unavailable. She did offer us another home to rent but we declined and had the reservation cancelled on 4/17/23.I have contacted her 5 times through the Messages board as to when we would receive our refund, but she has not answered me. When I have called and left voicemails, she did not return my calls.Next, I have reached out to VRBO by phone and they have taken my information but have not helped me in receiving my refund of over $5500.00. I truly feel that VRBO does not review the hosts/ property managers to see if they follow through with refunds; why isn't VRBO accountable? I'm very disappointed and have now reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Can I leave zero stars??I ordered over the phone from terrain for an in store pick up of three items that were in stock. (Terrain is a subsidiary of UO.). When I arrived at the store the following day to pick up my order, my items were not yet pulled from the warehouse. No one knew of the order. I found the store manager, Lauren, who was kind enough to find the items for me. As ALL were damaged (chipped, scratched, and scuffed), lauren offered to reorder the items for me and ship them to my home. She was unable to place the order as the store had no wifi, so she took my cc info, assured me that all pricing would be identical to the original order. I received another order confirm that evening and the prices were different, including a ridiculous tax of approx 15%. Long story short-this started a three week exchange of phone calls and emails (mostly on my part) in an attempt to remedy this. During that time, they charged my cc 5 different amounts, as they kept deleting and recharging. I still had no merchandise! After weeks of phonecalls and emails trying to cancel the order, without any calls back as I was repeatedly promised, I grew tired of numerous UNAUTHORIZED charges on my cc so I opened an official dispute. Another week passed and I received the WRONG merchandise. I was unable to get through to them or receive a response from the store, their main customer service number, or email. I finally received a nasty email from UO-the parent company. I phoned back and spoke to an imbecile who said he could not understand the situation, and gave me yet another number to call. He would not send me return labels for the incorrect items that were sent-he didn’t really understand that part either. Just don’t bother with this scam company-unless you have a LOT of free time to try and fix their mistakes.

Please, I urge you people. NEVER...EVER...BUY A LG TV. Save your money and mental health. This brand is a joke. Only few months after the warranty expires the screen starts to turn blue...I bought two TVs at the same time, one for me and one for my mother in law, both are with the same issue now. Conveniently after the warranty expired.

Care.com put me in-touch with professionally qualified help right in my own backyard, and I was impressed to find out that this site offers so many other services that I could explore in the future, e.g. writing a will. I was so relieved to find a caregiver I could use within only one week of using the site, and as a newcomer to the area it is so good to know I will have the assistance I need for my dad whenever I need it. Please just ditch the chatbot. Your support people are generally very helpful, but to get hold of them you have to get the run-around from a useless bot for 10-20 minutes. Even if you just start by asking for a live rep it doesn't work - if you do, it will pretend to be connecting you, then just close and start over. I've never got through to a real person without giving up on being polite and "screaming" in all caps and/or calling the robot names, but once I do, the person I'm finally connected with is generally both helpful and competent. I appreciate that they have the authority to just help you troubleshoot instead of following a script and taking a message.

If you have a problem forget about it. I ordered a shirt that shrunk to a cropped rag in the wash ( It was washed at lower than the recommended temperature) I spoke to live chat who appeared to be super accommodating and sent me a returns label. The parcel arrived at Uniqlo. Tracking with yodel confirmed this but they can't find it. So there is nothing they can do. They wasted so much of my time, hunting for extra long order numbers only they have access to, asking for the same order information again and again. I spent ages looking for a receipt of postage, tracking and arrival at warehouse but when i did as they requested it was apparently insufficient. They would have tracking for their own label, so it made no sense. Presumably they don't have an ethical system that works or they hoped I would give up. I am putting a claim into my card provider and on a mission to tell everyone how terrible they are. I will never shop with these crooks again and advise anyone else to avoid them. It makes me wonder how they are treating their staff for them to behave so unethically in their jobs. Avoid companies like this. They stink. I wanted to give them zero stars but the review system won't go as low as they do.

Absolute con, do not trust. Found flights to Orlando travelling premium economy with BA on Kayak. The price stated was £4,538. Proceeded to book and filled in all my details including card number etc. Pressed book and got a pop up stating "Chatdeal has increased the price to £13,004, do I want to proceed" ???????? Obviously not. I then tried searching other destinations and in different names etc and got the same message all the time. Waste of time, I would suggest you do not use this site.
