Bug ridden and no refund in sight

Premium theme I purchased is bug ridden, which doesn't make it a candidate for using with a paying customer. So far I have no indication my $90+ will be refunded for a theme which failed to live up to professional standards.

We need a new payment system

We need a new payment system — one that actually protects its customers. PayPal no longer does that. Instead, it seems to work hand in hand with dishonest sellers and scammers, profiting off fees from fraudulent sales.This isn’t the first time I’ve been scammed, and once again, PayPal refused to return my money — even though I provided proof and told the truth. They’re supposed to protect buyers, but they failed me.What’s worse, I’ve also been scammed as a seller. A customer received the items I sent — she even confirmed this in an email. Yet later she opened a dispute, and PayPal sided with her and took my money anyway. So I lost as both a buyer and a seller.We need an honest, responsible alternative to PayPal — a platform that truly stands up for its users. I no longer trust PayPal and do not wish to use it anymore.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A VERY LONG TIME

From the time i placed my order with my personal requests. Monica's customer service has been 10 out of 10. It is my first time ordering from this site. These days i am a little iffy due to untrusted sites. I am happy to say. I have no hesitations in HIGHLY RECOMMENDING ETSY. I am blown away by the fantastic customer service i have received, the communication with emails checking & giving me options & what may not be possible due to space on item. How quickly my item arrived. I LOVE IT! So will he. Thank you Monica for outstanding Customer service. Even your personal touches with a wee thank you sticker & 20% off card. Unfair return charges/deductions

I've been an ASOS customer for many years (since around 2014), but I am now departing from it and will never buy from them again. They now charge for returning items of £3.95. I understand the possible reason why they have started to do this but regardless it's still very unfair for customers because we don't see nor get to try/fit any of the products tangibly. They can either come with faults or damage on them, or they don't fit properly. Why should I have to lose money for getting something delivered that isn't my fault to begin with? Shopping online is shopping blind until we really receive the items. There should be a policy of allowance to not be charged if the item is faulty/damaged, bad/poor quality and comes in sizes that doesn't fit properly (especially if you're a brand that supports the fact that everyone is uniquely different in body shape, not size factory fits all).

Once Great, Now Trash.

10+ year Xbox owner and player but now Xbox is so bad, loading times awful, games selection awful. But by far the worst thing is cloud play it is absolute trash, never works, loading times ridiculous and just quits me out mid game constantly. My internet is great so that isn't the problem. DO BETTER.

I paid for two years in advance and didn't realize it. Teachable refunded the site I didn't mean to pay for. It was over a $1000 and I thought I was out of luck, but Teachable made good.

THIEVES!!!

I had a subscription for microsoft excel, they took $450 out of my bank account and closed my account. I can no longer use microsoft services and now there's no way I can contact them with my account closed to question why they took $450. Doing further investigation I think they're taking money from everyone because they've been politically motivated to give a certain country a lot of money.

Sent items back luckily I kept the tracking details because if I hadn’t am pretty sure I 100% wouldn’t be getting a refund, I did keep it and it’s still 50/50 I’ll get it, got told 14 days. Day 15 got told another 5-8 working days said it wasn’t good enough it dropped to 3 working days still said it wasn’t good enough got told it will be with me that day it wasn’t oh that was Friday and now the customer service centre is closed till monday

Gift cards and bankruptcy

My husband bought a $100 gift card for me for Christmas 2022. At the top of the gift card it reads “NEVER A FEE NEVER EXPIRES”. Around July 2023, I read they had filed bankruptcy. I read that info 10 days after the date I could have redeemed the card. So I had the gift card for 7 months and lost $100. My point is I guarantee corporate knew it was a sinking ship when my husband purchased the card. It is legal I suppose to not honor a gift card after bankruptcy but it should be illegal to keep selling them when they KNEW it was going under. It could have been for $1000 or $2000 or any amount. My husband could have lost much more. Then to come back in business again and get forgiveness on all those debts is not right. I’ll never shop there again although I used to be a frequent shopper. So I keep this gift card in a safe place as a reminder to never ever shop there again. Also to cautiously purchase gift cards anywhere. Use a gift card promptly if you want to ensure you get the gifter’s intended gift.

ZOOM.US except their CS is dead slow or stop

I have to award 3 stars, because ZOOM.US generously allows people to use their technology and software portal to conduct audio video communications for between 45 minutes and an hour - for free, but I have been very disappointed with their customer service as a fee paying customer. I won't pay for a second year.Brings to mind the line from Erin Brockovich in which lead actor Albert Finney asks star Julia Roberts if they teach beauty queens how to apologise, because, like ZOOM's customer service, they so far seem to suck at it.

I have used Wells Fargo for the better…

I have used Wells Fargo for the better part of the last 8 or 9 years. I have always thought very highly of my bank. However, I feel as if they use to care more about their customers. I recently had fraud within my account. No big deal it happens they are investigating the transaction(s). I had to cancel my old card and they issued me a new one. They no longer do temporary cards only digital cards. I understand that... However my phone not being a phone that is compatible to the digital phone I can not get our use any of my funds unless the bank is open and I must carry cash. Their was a time when I would have (and did) tell everyone they should use Wells Fargo. How easy they were to deal with and how much they cared about their customers. This has been very frustrating for me. I live on a budget as a single mom. No one plans on something like this happening and to have had more stress added to the situation because of the bank I trust(ed) for many years...My heart is broken to say the least. I wouldn't wish this kind of hassle on anyone. In the world that we live in we constantly go go go anyway no one has the time to deal with the issues that I encountered today. I am not sure if I will stay with Wells Fargo or not. I don't want to leave my Bank... I have a lot to think about after this. I use to feel so confident, and now I just don't know anymore.
