If I could rate them zero stars

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. This company's customer service and technical support are atrocious. Currently in a frustrating conversation with them trying to secure a full refund. Their services are abysmal. How is it possible to submit a support ticket and still hear nothing back after a week? No access to edit your site and ongoing issues? This is the fourth time I've encountered these issues. Their response to this review will likely be all talk and no action. They'll make it seem like they're addressing my concerns, but trust me, they're not. In the UK, we have consumer protection laws like the Consumer Rights Act to safeguard against predatory companies like Wordpress. I'm entitled to a full refund under this law because they're failing to provide the service I paid for. I don't want any response from them except confirmation of my refund. If you are a small business, or operate your own website. Go to Wix or Squarespace. Better customer service and less hassle regarding templates and all these damn plug ins that break every minute.

Do not buy LG appliances...

We bought our LG stove - dbl oven almost 1 year ago, but it was back ordered and not delivered until 01/05/2019. I was excited that I could cook two things at once. That excitement turned to horror when I took my pound cake out of the oven and one side fell off into the oven as it was raw on one side and looked perfect on the other. I was using the cook top and I heard a noise and the burner had gone off. When I removed the top piece of the burner, I realized the whole thing had burned. We got a repairman and he ordered the part. We received the wrong part for the repair. I called the number that the customer service person told me to call to order the part. The parts company was going to charge me $40, so I called LG back without ordering the part. We received 2 more parts for the same burner one wrong the other right. LG sent another repairman to fix the burner. I also told him about the oven I told him that LG told me he would put a shield on the heating element to the back of the stove. The repairman told me this was not possible as it would restrict the shelves from moving in and out. So I called customer service again and asked for a manager. I spoke with Executive services. They told me they would change many parts like heating elements ect and fix the stove. That was in October. I am on the phone now with them in December. Nothing done yet.

Very close to the highway

Very close to the highway. People upstairs are very noisy and very late at night. Ice machine was broken room was very clean light in the bathroom kept blinking. Tried to call the front desk about the ice machine, and there was no answer.

Lowes HAS HORRIBLE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

My husband and I ordered a GE washer and dryer set and they had it delivered the next day. They came in with three men that hardly spoke English which made it hard to communicate with them. Then they aggressively yanked out the cords to the water line damaging the lines to where they are leaking really bad. They pulled the frame around the waterline out of the wall, they pulled up my linoleum on the floor, and scratched my new washer and dryers up leaving black scratch marks on them. They didn't set them up properly and left the 4 bolts on the back and told me that it was all good to do laundry in. I put a load in and my new set with the house started cranking, vibrating and was so loud it scared my kids. My husband came home and seen all the damage and told me that the bolts and some other stuff were supposed to be taken off during the set up. They left me with all this damage.

I purchased from their website, and never got an invoice (which is legally an obligation). Contacted support and they tell me that they do not provide invoices. So now I've to return everything and go buy from a dealer. It's ridiculous

Discord is decent overall but has its ups and downs. I like how easy it is to join communities and chat with friends, and the voice quality is usually pretty good. That said, the app can be buggy sometimes, especially on mobile, and updates seem to break more than they fix lately. Also wish there were better tools for managing bigger servers without needing tons of bots. It's good, just not perfect.

disabled my account for wrong reason

I was a user on Depop for about a year, and while there were plenty of fakes on the site, I made sure to only sell authentic items. One day, out of the blue, I got 40 emails each saying my item was removed as it was counterfeit, and my account was suspended.None of the items were counterfeit, and I had to send 40 emails with proof of each item's authenticity, including multiple images of tags, etc. It turns out they were wrong, and they admitted they took down my account because I was using a stock photo as my main photo even though the rest of the photos were my own.Anyway, long story short, my account has now been disabled, and I can no longer log in.I actually think they now want to remove sellers who are selling authentic versions and only leave sellers who are selling fake items to make the platform look like a place where you can grab a bargain.
