I'm going to use this opportunity to detail the two main despicable errors that are hard-coded into the mobile app of CrunchyRoll.1) Load screens that would usually appear at advertisement times aren't actual load screens, and will load indefinitely. There are ways to make these advertisements play, but they are hit-or-miss, meaning around half of the time, they will just cause those same advertisements you already watched to replay, over and over until you've generated hundreds of dollars for the company by advertisement watch-time, even though you haven't got to watch a single minute of the content you are trying to watch.2) Occasionally, an episode of a series will reset to the very beginning of the episode and subtitles will become unavailable to the user. There is no way to solve this error from a end-user-point, besides closing the app and reloading it, which will, SO COINCIDENTALLY, cause the advertisements you've already watched to replay. This is definitely not coded into the app so you view twice as many ads as you should; definitely not. Totally not an advertisement enlargement scheme. Definitely not.Don't download this god-forsaken app. It's a blatant cash-grab scheme with the purpose of enticing users with content they desire and then extorting them through advertisement watch-time which the app can extend indefinitely through the use of the two advertisement schemes I detailed previously in this comment.I won't detail the means by which they daisy-chain the two described (intentionally-coded) bugs into an infinite chain of reloading and advertisement view time, but, trust me, they can use these two, very basic, maliciously-coded bugs, to make any user, load, unload, watch advertisements, and repeat, over and over and over, until the user gives up and decides to pay for the premium version of the app; but the other TrustPilot reviews of the premium version of this app detail how bugged and unsatisfying the premium version of this app is, as well.There is N O redeeming qualities to viewing anime through CrunchyRoll. Save yourself the time and money and find another way to view the anime content you're looking to watch.Find.Another.Way.

I bought a Samsung dishwasher April 2, installed it about April 10 and it didn't come with kickplate or foot adjusters. I tried several times throughout the month to contact someone regarding getting the missing parts. Even though it was on sale and open box, the parts should still be included. I was given several numbers which I called and also drove two hours to my local store to find out if they found one as nobody would call me back. Called Samsung and by now it was just over 30 days since purchase date. Terrible customer service on Lowes AND Samsung's end. BUYER BEWARE if you intend to buy open box, you WILL have to purchase items that should come with the item purchased. Excuse being it was open box and discounted. Save yourself the headache and time. You don't save money with it being on sale as they force you to buy the parts anyway.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Discord’s Trust & Safety team regarding the permanent suspension of my account (danyyeager). I have been a loyal Discord user since 2017, and I’ve purchased Nitro multiple times throughout the years. Unfortunately, on March 4th, 2025, I was mistakenly flagged for a violation related to child safety due to an accidental image sent through private DMs. I want to emphasize that the other party involved was not a minor, and this image was not sent publicly or to any group chat.As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately deleted the photo, but unfortunately, I was still issued a warning and later permanently banned. This was an unfortunate accident caused by a slow, unresponsive phone that selected the wrong image from my gallery.I fully support Discord’s child safety policies, but this situation was a one-time mistake, and I have tried to appeal the suspension multiple times, only to be ignored. Despite providing all necessary context and clarifying that this was an accident, I have received no response or proper support from Discord.This ban has had a severe impact on my professional life. As a music producer, I rely on Discord to communicate with clients, A&Rs, and other industry professionals. Losing access to my account has caused me to lose important business opportunities, and the complete lack of communication has left me with no way to resolve this issue.I urge Discord to take responsibility for its lack of support and respond to appeals in a timely and fair manner. The absence of communication is destroying my livelihood, and it is not what I expected from a platform I have trusted for years.

I booked a flight London to Boston, paid for it. My husband is now unable to fly so I asked them to cancel his flight but not mine. Apparently because I booked both flights they cancelled my flight as well, I was not made aware that if I had made individual (paid each flightly separately) (they did reimburse, but both of us) they never pointed this out. Now the price has gone up and I am not certain I’ll get a direct flight. Been looking forward to this all year. Absolutely appalling website and customer services.

On top of that, my credit card was pre-authorized multiple times. I have tried reaching out to Uber’s customer service, but there is no way to get in touch with an actual person for a refund request.It’s completely unacceptable to display one price and then charge almost double after the ride. If Uber wants to charge higher fares, they should show an accurate estimate upfront instead of misleading customers.I have been using Uber for years, but this experience has made me lose trust in the platform. Be very careful when booking—what you see may not be what you actually pay.

Good tool, horrible customer experience. My email changed, and I cannot for the life of me actually get through the process to change it. Every time I contact support for help I get pre-written emails back and links to their documentation. This has gone on for weeks due to their slow response times (which is strange as well... why are the responses slow when the emails seem so clearly to be pre-constructed?). It's nuts because changing your email is basic functionality for pretty much all other software — I don't know why it is so complicated to do in Open AI. I don't know if I'll ever be able to set up an account with this new email address. I'm pretty sure I'll just end up not using it anymore solely because I can't get back into the app, and not for lack of trying.

As an experience e-com founder with almost a 1M in sales. I can say Don't use this app! The last 4 years we have worked hard to creating a long list of subscribers, optimizing our flows and collection data. But out of the blue Klaviyo disabled our account without sending us any message. When we asked why they close our account they told us that one of our campaigns had a high bounce rate. When we asked to open our account and we will reduce the bounce rate. They told us it is closed permanantly. Now all our flows, data and subscriber lists are gone. Please note that if you use this app they will disable your account fast even if you are a loyal customer for 4 years. DON'T USE THIS APP. Mailchimp or Omnisend are must better service!
