I ordered 4 items from Amazon. They split the order in to two deliveries. One got to me a day early and the other they claim got to me a day early too but it was not recieved. They told me to make a police report. I did. They refused to recognize the report and basically accused me of being a fraud. Wrote a long old fashioned letter and snail mailed it to the Amazon FR offices. Never got a reply or acknowledgment. Stay away from these crooks!
2 Years ago i was trying to make my first purchase on Amazon using gift cards I won on the Gamercraft website. The total value of the gift cards was $830, and I received them via email over a two-month period (84 gift cards in total! ). Everything seemed normal until Amazon placed a hold on my account, requesting proof of ownership for the gift cards.I diligently uploaded screenshots of all 84 gift card emails as proof of ownership. However, instead of reviewing my evidence, Amazon kept sending the same automated email asking me to fill out a form. It felt like I was dealing with a bot, not a human specialist.After multiple attempts to reach support, they finally requested the serial number of just one gift card. I provided it, expecting a follow-up for the remaining numbers. Disappointingly, I received a new email claiming the gift card might have been used by someone else and denying any refund or resend.This doesn't make sense! I used the gift cards myself, and I never requested a refund or resend. All I wanted was for Amazon to review my proof and remove the hold on my account.Following countless attempts with useless forms and unresponsive "specialists, " Amazon ultimately closed my account without any explanation. My frustration is immense. I invested significant time and effort to win these gift cards, and they were just taken away.Frankly, this has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Being treated like a number, ignored by automated responses, and losing my hard-earned reward is unacceptable.It's September 2024, and Amazon continues to ignore my case. I'm sharing this story to warn others about the potential of being scammed by this company. I've provided overwhelming evidence, but they refuse to address the issue. Don't let this happen to you !
I ordered flowers for our anniversary, they arrived on time with dieing blossoms. I tried to complain and just kept being sent in circles, they were not bothered at all and would not help rectify the problem.I have always defended Amazon. No longer, I am so upset
Be very careful ordering smart watches via Amazon. My experience is the majority are made in China by companies on a Here today gone tomorrow. My watch lasted 8 months. Return under guarantee email address has not responded to email request
Weird, no even two stars ?I am actually quite happy.Never had an issue.Most probably bad ratings are from competitors.Lately I did not receive an item; waited for almost 3 weeks.The seller was not amazon. I complained to the seller ...in vain he was procrastinating , « taking me on a boat trip »I complained directly to Amazon and got my money back the following day
So not deliver.Sure you will get your money back but huge waste of money. No possibility to complain about the delivery person nor to contact them.Again, worst delivery service ever. Do not use. Happened several time. Im done ordering thing to them. I used to use them every month. Their services has become really bad.
I've always trusted Amazon for my online shopping, but my recent experience has been a huge disappointment. I ordered the Samsonite Freeform Hardside Extendable with Double Spinner Wheels, Amethyst Purple, 2 Piece Set (21/28), but I only received the 21-inch suitcase. Instead of sending the missing items, I was told to return the entire order. On top of that, I was required to arrange and pay for the return shipping myself. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I received no helpful support. I expected better from a company like Amazon, and this experience has really shaken my confidence in their service.
Bought a par of earphones last year, this year they broke down, so I contacted the customer service.After talking with 3 different reps and explaining it 3 times, they asked me to send the earphones. I requested a prepaid label and they said that they could not provide it, they asked me to pay for the shipping. I then said that I didn't want to pay for the shipping as it should have been under the warranty, so the customer representative offered me a refund without sending them. After 2 weeks of not receiveing the refund, I contacted them again, had to explain the situation to 3 different reps, and the last one said that I had been given incorrect information and that now the period to return the article was closed so that they couldn't do anything for me, right in my face!So to sum up, they lied me about refunding the defective article and about allowing me to dispose of it without having to send it, then they never refunded me and when I contacted them again they said that the information I received was incorrect and that now there was nothing to be done on their side, and this even though they had lied to me and they had the chat transcripts.Avoid at all costs, they can't care less about their customers and their reps are allowed to lie without any consequence on their side, only consecuences for customers

Amazon.fr claimed it was delivered 48hrs later with a photo of “my front door”, except it isn’t mine or anyone nearby. Amazon.fr tracking shows this was out for delivery from my “local depot”, except this is over 300km from my house! Oops.I’ve explained this with map and screenshots etc but Amazon customer service will not admit their mistake and are treating me like a criminal. Unnecessary!Be very wary if ordering high value tech kit. And before you ask, my address details were 100% correct on my order. This has ruined my opinion of Amazon in France. —J'ai commandé en ligne un système wifi pour ma maison en France. Oups.J'ai expliqué cela avec une carte et des captures d'écran, etc. mais le service client d'Amazon ne veut pas admettre son erreur et me traite comme un criminel. Inutile !Soyez très prudent si vous commandez un kit technologique de grande valeur. Et avant que vous ne posiez la question, mes coordonnées étaient 100% correctes sur ma commande.Cela a ruiné mon opinion sur Amazon en France.
