Amazon.fr and their customer service is the worst i had to deal with in my 43 years old life. They kept rescheduling the shipment of the book I bought for 1 year and 2 months just to finally cancel! Customer service told me it's a system error and I that no one was stopping from buying eleswere. I have no idea where they find emplyees, but no more Amazpn.fr for me for sure.
Not impressed, first order got lost in the van? They drive a transit not an arctic truck! Re ordered gave them delivery instructions to deliver to next door, get a message saying delivered left with Shawn??? No house number nothing. Now I have to go door knocking to find out who Shawn is! Not good at all one very cross customer.
I bought a valuable item from Amazon as it was the best price and I thought I could trust them as a company. However, they were beyond uselss. To begin, the item that I ordered for next day delivery failed to arrive. It wasn’t until 2100 that I had a notification telling me the parcel was delayed, but the delay was 10 days. After another week of waiting and not having any update to my parcel, I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent to me. After waiting in all day for a second time, I received a message telling me they had attempted delivery but no one was home, despite me being in the house. I have a Ring video doorbell, and no one came to the house. They then re-sent the item the next day, which arrived in the afternoon. However, on opening the box, the high value item had been replaced with material, meaning someone in the Amazon depot had evidently stolen the item I had ordered and resealed the box. It was very difficult to get the customer service to understand what my problem was, and the order still shows as ‘delivered successfully’ despite me refusing the item due to it not being correct and sending it back with the delivery driver. Basically, you cannot trust them with anything that’s valued over €20, so use another store as you cannot trust Amazon.
This company scammed my multiple times.They sent my broken products, some are still missing. They took 160 Euro from my Creditcard and said there was an error. So since weeks they have my money and I dont get it back AND i paid again for the products and then half of them only arrived and the arriving war broken. Its a big shithole. The customer service did not knew which order I am talking about since I sent many times the order ID. Its just crazy how that f... thing can exist
Horrible customer service.Telling me the delivery has been delivered while Amazon sent me an email it wasn’t. But customer service keep telling the delivery was made. Once again Amazon sent me an email saying that the delivery didn’t happen. Ridiculous service. We need another company than Amazon.
Two parcels delivered in unsecured locations in two days, both parcels stolen before we could get to them. Customer service offer nothing but an 2 day investigation. The same problem last year with a €69 backpack for the start of school, the "2 day" investigation is still open, no reimbursement and no feedback.
Quite sad about the delivery method used in France, they cannot leave the package anywhere but they have to deliver it to you personally. Some delivery people are legit but some are a bit more random I feel like. If you work full time it's a pain to receive the package if you are not getting it delivered to your workplace. I had much better experience in different companies with amazon.

Entonces me envían un pedido con más de 30 artículos, 3 de ellos CLARAMENTE no son nuevos y están dañados, ya que el contenido está dañado dentro del artículo sellado, lo cual puedes ver y como NINGÚN HUMANO revisa los pedidos y probablemente están empaquetados por una máquina, los envían. AHORA he tenido que pagar 18,15 € para DEVOLVER SUS ARTÍCULOS, internacionalmente, que enviaron dañados y SEMANAS después, NO ME DEVOLVIERON MI ENVÍO. ¡Están ABUSANDO DESCARADAMENTE de las Leyes de Consumo de la UE que establecen que NO hay costo por devolver artículos dañados y si no hay reembolso dentro de los 14 días, ¡DEBEN devolver el doble! ¡Tengo más posibilidades de ir a la luna, a que Amazon me devuelva mis reembolsos y los costos de envío y el doble! Y son una empresa SIN ROSTRO a la que no le importa y te tratan con condescendencia constantemente. ¿Qué tal si simplemente son honestos y confiables en lugar de cambiar CONSTANTEMENTE las reglas que NO son las mismas que las de su sitio web? So I get sent an order with 30+ items, 3 of them are CLEARLY not new and are damaged as the contents are damaged inside the sealed item, which you can see and because NO HUMAN checks the orders and are packed likely by machine, they send them out. NOW I have had to pay €18.15 to RETURN THEIR ITEMS, internationally, that they sent damaged and WEEKS later, NO RETURN of my POSTAGE. They are BLATANTLY ABUSING EU Consumer Laws which state that NO cost to return damage items and if no refund within 14 days then they MUST pay back double! I stand more chance of going to the moon, than Amazon returning my refunds & postage costs & double at that! And they are a FACELESS company who does not care and patronise you constantly - how about just being honest and trustworthy instead of CONSTANTLY changing the rules that are NOT the same as your website rules? Ask for a manger to contact you, at least 7 times now & NOTHING. ABSOLUTE FOOLS
good day. Ive ordered jeans with after payment, but jeans was not been delivered. I txt to live agent in amazon 2 times about it, i insisted to cancel my order, i have information from colis privee that my package has not beed delivered to me. But what amazon doing? Amazon sent me msg that money for jeans what i havnt received will be taken from my account. Shall i accept it as scam ? how is it possible to behave with customers so bad, so unrespectful. 2 times i had chat with live agents from amazon with request to cancel this my order. But it looks like nobody interested to solve problem. Very disapointed. Dont recommend anybody to use after pay service from amazon. they will take yr money ( by looking at txt of e mail) for item, what u havnt received. p.s. ive contact amazon agent 3d time, agent checked this situation again, made me sure that amazon will not try to take money from my account for item, what has not been delivered. And what i see yesterday? amazon tried TO TAKE MONEY from my account for this item. its shame. i will inform my bank about amazon scam.
