Attention with Canva, I was a Canva Pro user, paid the annual fee, used designs for social networks and now I have a lawsuit from a photographer for using one of his photos on social networks, (today this photo is still in the Canva catalog). I wrote to Canva and they tell me that it is my problem and the photographer's, that they don't want to know anything about it. What is the point of paying for Canva Pro for social networks gifts?
Canva Pro is kind of Scam business. I am using canva pro trial version. My account has locked many days ago. But I get an email that it will be charge after a few days. I have contact canva team and tell them that "My account has locked, So please cancel the trial membership". But they email that "your locked account, as your subscription remains active". They don't help me to cancel my account. Not recommended Canva services.
I've only used their free offerings for simple things like my logos. Of course, you're definitely limited in what you can use, but I'm simple, and I appreciate that there's anything free at all. The 3 stars comes from the fact that only 2 months after making my logo, I go back in to alter it and I cannot. Not only that, one of the elements I was using is now behind the paywall. SUPER frustrating, and frankly not cool.
Canva has the worst client support - period. I have emailed repeatedly for help to only get a question 24 hours later every single time. I send screen shots, step by step of what I have done to get another flip question as is I never sent in all that documentation. If you need zero help this tool might be for you otherwise I cannot recommend Canva. I'm still trying to get one question answered a month later.
