I have used the free version of Jotform for several years. I've decided to pay for a subscription as my needs have increased. It is the most intuitive, user-friendly platform I have used. I love the ease of form design and the widgets give me a flexibility to add functionality. I've streamlined several workflows using Jotform. Thanks!
We utilize Jotform for our entire Residential Rental business. It provides the flexability, customizations, and integrations that we are looking for. The experience of the forms are wonderful, easy to use, easy to configure, and their support department are pretty quick at replying to support requests. The only thing I wish they had, was a cheaper, smaller tier than what they currently have. That would make them a 10/10 in my books!
I was looking for a widget that would allow me to create a real-time headcount list, and I tried several survey tools. Unfortunately, none of them offered a feature that showed respondents the live availability of seats in a session. I had to create complex workflows just to manage that functionality. Then I came across Jotform and found it incredibly helpful, especially the Inventory widget. It’s simple, intuitive, and does exactly what I needed. I'm really grateful for this tool. While exploring the platform, I also discovered many other features that I can see myself using in the future.

Normally I love JotForm but if you need help they are not availaible. I have been trying to resolve issues with a form that contains alot of staff information. I keep getting BOT. I have a paid, HIPAA subscription but I guess that does not warrant customer service. I am looking for another option at this point after 3 years of using JotForm. FOLLOW-UP: Today is day 10, and still no response; not even an update from developers. Very dissapointing.

I first used Jotform when I started my animal rescue back in 2017 for foster and adoption applications. It worked great and my organization continued to use the application. Fast forward to now, I had a process at work (my day job) that was very tedious and manual. This particular process was taking forever and even the clients were frustrated. So, I started to play with some ideas on Jotform and low and behold, was able to create an automated request form for my clients. They loved the new process, and it was working great for what we needed. Since then, I have shared this form & process with my team, and now they use it as well. Everyone on the team has been receiving positive feedback as well and this once very long process, is now quick, easy and trackable.
