They'd deserve a 0 stars if possible. They falsely banned my IG for shit as heinous as child sexual exploitation and there's no real way to appeal. They even took down my FB. Imagine letting AI do all your moderation and not even have any human support agent.
Both my Instagram and Facebook accounts were banned for falsely accusing innocent users of serious accusations. I am extremely disappointed with Instagram and its AI system. I had my account for roughly more for 10 years. And all my memories From family friends and people that I made connections gone because of Instagram's terrible system.
Terrible customer service - you can hardly get a hold of a bot let alone a human to help you. My Instagram account was wrongfully banned for CSE by the meta AI. I don’t post anything, only stories. I don’t even comment or interact with others posts. Instagram has primarily been my method of catching up with friends and family. Since 2013, all my Memories from friends and family, one of which has now passed. All of it deleted because of the terrible AI moderation and terrible customer service that parrots what their AI system decided. Do not pay for meta support. They will happily take your money yet provide absolutely nothing to help you recover your accounts.
