Review Time
The current mess that Meta has created which is troubling their users is disgusting. Meta is accusing people of horrible things and suspending their account without any kind of investigation, warning. Meanwhile gore, cp etc is rampant on their platforms which the ai does not see as any problem.My account was suspended and I have lost all my fond memories. It is time for a wake up call for everyone. Meta needs some lesson now.
My Instagram account was suspended. The false reason given could not be any less truthful, or more defamatory. I know I’m one of thousands if not more, to whom this has happened. Word on the street is that Meta’s AI, which is governing suspensions, is trash. Minimum Viable Product - I get it, but this is ridiculous. The AI is apparently easy to manipulate, and clearly cannot accurately analyze what it is reviewing. And as all of us now know, Instagram/Meta has no customer service. None!! So if you were hoping to speak with a human to hear what is going on and to try to dispute something, best of luck! This company (Meta) at a baseline, doesn’t care about the humans who use their service, but more realistically is actively working to do us harm. This feels like a new level of Big Brother and it’s NOT GOING WELL. Get it together, Meta.
Meta introduced new ai driven account and content moderation that has since falsely accused myself and countless others of policy violations, then permanently banned my accounts with no human review or oversight on the appeal. If this isn't reversed, it will be the end of both Instagram and Facebook as viable platforms, and all trust in Meta in data stewardship is completely shattered
Falsely banning my 15+ year old account with AI and not getting proper human review. I do not know what triggered the AI to ban my account. I cannot make another account without it being banned too on the same device. I would like to know what set off the AI so I do not lose any future accounts and can avoid any behavior that could be falsely detected.I will probably avoid all meta apps in the future and recommend others do the same. I get instantly denied a repeal without proper review or an explanation.
