My account was disabled by a false CSE

My account was banned and disabled by a false CSE accusation. Their page says they have 15000 people reviewing accounts that appeal bans but my request for review was almost instantly rejected saying they reviewed it and the ban stands and my account got suspended, unless they were specifically waiting for my appeal I highly doubt they made the review this fast, clearly a faulty AI which they are too proud to accept it doesn't work.They don't even show you what they supposedly found, just throw disgusting accusations and block you, I'm not paying money to be verified or sending them videos or personal documentation, they already have enough of my personal data.My Instagram account is @juans640

Worst company in history

I would put zero stars if I could. Worst company in history. Let a faulty AI take full control (no human double checking) disabling probably over a million accounts under horrible false accusations or no reason. Zero human support and no statement from them. They simply don’t care about their users just want to keep making money.

Meta AI permanent disabled my account for false accusations of CSE

Yesterday Meta suspended both my Instagram and Facebook account being on the same email, without a real reason. I successfully got my Facebook back after appeal and giving them everything they wanted, but when I did the appeal on Instagram they permanent disabled that Instagram for false accusation of child sexual exploitation, just like others reported everywhere by now. I got so scared that at first I taught I was hacked again like in the past by pressing on weird links by bots accounts (which I find funny Meta allows them to survive), and I removed my email from the option they give into the email they send you about attention needed. I freaked out because I will never do such thing in my entire life. It's disgusting in so many ways. I have a girlfriend and future family for God sake. I even helped their platform by always reporting scam actions, bots, nudity, and so on. Yes maybe I did in the past some angry comments on different posts, but from that to CES for God sake. And yes i paid the price for that with restrictions on my account at that time and learned my lesson. After some digging I found out their Meta AI system is mass banning everyone for false accusations of child sexual exploitation in the month of June and the number of cases grows a lot. Their is even a petition made by someone with 21K people in it. How is this possible for top company out there, to not only ban people for something they didn't do but for damaging their public image as well for something that they didn't do, either because of their Meta AI faulty system either because hacker accounts that associate with your personal accounts? Now I feel damaged for what they did, losing all my memories and everything. Conversations and posts of me dead family members from the same family as my parents, school posts and so on. This is just not OK. Shame on Meta, shame on each investor of this company, shame on Mark Zuckerberg for delivering such fail AI system. I feel dead inside.

Unfair Account Disabling and Zero Support — Terrible for Business UsersMeta (Instagram/Facebook) disabled my Instagram account without any clear reason or warning. The account was linked to a Facebook profile which has already been restored — proving there was no actual violation.I submitted multiple appeals, verified my ID, and explained that I needed the account for business purposes — including running Instagram ads.Still, Meta provided no help. Their support system is completely broken unless you're in the US or spending thousands on ads.For Indian users and small businesses, there’s basically no support. Most forms don’t work, and responses are automated or missing.If you're planning to build a business using Meta’s platforms, be careful — they can shut it down without notice, and you’ll have no way to speak to a human.Very disappointed. They need a proper support system, globally.

Horrible company Had a massive AI moderation screwup where thousands of users lost their accounts and were accused of various allegations. They need to be held accountable.

PERMANENTLY DISABLED BY WRONGFULLY BEING ACCUSED

Instagram "permanently disabled" me due to FALSE AND WRONGFUL accusations. Mind you, I've had Instagram for 15 years!!!!! This has affected my mental health and physical health. I cannot imagine the thousands of other people going through this, and some maybe even harming themselves. This wave ban is disgusting and has to stop NOW!! I tried to appeal it and they rejected me within SECONDS! I hate this application. No HUMAN customer support whatsoever! THEY NEED TO RESTORE OUR ACCOUNTS!!!!

app is horrible they only care about the money thats why they aren’t fixing the bot that banned half its platform. its crazy how nobody thinks it’s weird you can only get real human customer support if your PAYING them MONEY for meta verified and even for the people that have it they dont help them in my opinion the ceo needs to sell the app and all employees need to be fired my account @cashytn was disabled for no reason ever since may 22 to this day its still disabled even tho i appealed
