Just of the Anthem of the Seas and well it was not good experience I must say.It all started from winning on a royal up. Upon boarding the Anthem on deck 5 I was asked to show my sea pass which I did. The pass was throwing up errors on the staff members scanner. My wife's was the same. They check again by using the pass on the app and not by a screenshot I took and this was the same. It took about 10 minutes to get this sorted or so we thought. The lady had to manually enter it and said that it's fixed like I said or so they thought. After this I suggested to my wife we go to muster station to carry that out and get out sea passes checked there and guess what? Same situation again. They suggested that we go to guest services and speak with them which we did. My issue at this point is I should not be experiencing this I should be enjoying my time on the ship.So off to guest services we both go. Well as you can imagine the queue was somewhat long but nether the less we eventually got to speak to guest services and informed them that we were upgraded and as mentioned also to boarding crew on deck 5 that maybe this is the issue. Lady checked our account and said all is fine and our state room keys should be fine. Now things start to get worse. Prior to boarding I purchased room anniversary decorations for our anniversary to surprise my wife and also purchased flowers from a local florist to be delivered to our room also for surprise and when she opens the door she will be surprised and delighted to see them.So when I got the email I instantly thought should I call RCI to ask if they decorations and flowers will be sent to new room? I thought no as RCI should automatically transfer all purchases and items to new room surely... they huge company and have technology to do this. So after speaking to guest services off to room we went. We got to room and wife lifted state room keys and I had my video camera recording for my YouTube vlog to upload to YouTube for her huge surprise. Well! She checked the keys and guess what? Different names on the keys wife said. I replied what? Which name is it? Wife replied I don't know but it's not ours. I stopped recording and checked and confirmed this is not our names. I then instantly thought uh oh..I bet room decorations and flowers not be in room. I then went and got room attendant and informed him of the error. He checked and confirmed the error. He then went and got supervisor. So at this point we waited for supervisor who eventually came and confirmed the error and said I will need to get new keys made. So again we waited. Superior came with new keys and I started to record again in the event that the flowers and room decorations would be there. So I took deep breath as wife scanned the key.........she opened the door.....and yes...you thought correct no room decorations or flowers. So as you can imagine my heart ache... sadness...months of planning and waiting to be let down by RCI. So instantly went to guest services after telling my wife what I had planned. I explained to them my plans and issues I had after boarding the ship and het reply was I'll take note of this. I also had no welcome note when opened the door and never did get one or anything about our crown and anchor benefits. We did eventually get the room decorations and flowers delivered later that day but the surprise was ruined. Also our room door happy anniversary love heart was stolen from our state room door . And did get it replaced. I have read that Manu royal up guest had similar experiences on boarding day. I shall share the experience on my vlog along with the videos I took of our disheartening surprise 😢From our first cruise I have praised RCI and have only ever cruised with yourselves but after this .. I am in two minds to cruise again as you only celebrate your silver wedding anniversary once.I witnessed some pretty awful things from finding toe nail clippings on the floor on deck 14 at a seat. To teenagers scaring guests at lifts. I know these things cannot be controlled but as a guest it's awful to witness and see especially when your eating an ice cream and to see God nail clippings.I think I have put my views across clearly now and I wait for your response on this email.

I bought a couch set from Wayfair for my elderly parents. Unfortunately, a family of mice came with the new couch’s. I had an exterminator come out and have sent documents to Wayfair only to be ignored. I am so disgusted and my elderly mother is terrified to go in the living room because she feels like she’s going to have a heart attack. This is supposed to be a happy time of the year but has caused major depression for me and my parents. We were unable to have my niece and nephew over for Thanksgiving this year and it broke my mother’s heart. Wayfair doesn’t care about anything besides money. My fiancé was here when the furniture was dropped off. He is African American and told me this is probably why they don’t want to help you. So sad.

There was a question about my monthly subscription payment not being paid and all she requested of me was that I provided a screenshot of the transaction and what day it was withdrew from my account. Seamless and professional.

I was thrilled to learn about Rover, and was even more happy with my experience with them. I love that their site offered all local sitters with a brief bio, charges for services, and calendar of their availability. I loved that communication with the sitter was seamless, and I received immediate . I will definitely contact them again whenever needed!

First time using groupon. The process was clunky - getting the code to apply to the parking (that's what i bought) was confusing. More important, the price was bait and switch - i paid for the groupon thinking that's how much the parking would be. when i applied the groupon, i still owed money bringing the total to what it would have been if i went to the company directly - so it didn't save me anything was just an extra step. won't be doing this again.

I've been a long term seller on this platform for around 5 years now and All I've got to say is I've seen Etsy at its peak and ever since I have watched it fall. I also find it hilarious that customers can rate their experience with us, however, we can't actually rate their customer service. Because they know that it would be crap. I wish they'd actually make me feel like I'm being listened to and I WISH they would STOP playing around with the custom order forms. BRING BACK 2019 ORDER FORMS!! at least then I could input my shipping categories so the customer can see what we offer and I'm not having to double check where the customer is based etc. Also, what company tells you to pick a shipping method they have already input into the system and then tell you to increase the shipping timeframe once the customer has placed the order?! Just imagine ordering something for it to say it'll be here by next wednesday, you order it and then the shop owner increases that delivery date by a week? Yeh thats what they advised me to do.. rather than fixing the issue and allowing me to input my own delivery timeframe. If I could I would run away from etsy, so If your looking to sell on here I wouldn't. Stores seem to get the 20.000 sales and then drop off the planet like mine has this year. Honestly, they only survive because there isn't another company out there yet.

AGENTS NOT HONOURING quoted price for flight LHR to CLT twice on 12/08/2023 and 15/08/2023. At the time of paying with CC, CHEKNFLY rang and demanded more fare. For £499 asked £520, on 12/8 and for 499 demanded , an extorsion, telling Kayak’s was only a promotional one! All Calls recorded, several Kayak quotes kept for referral. Travel related Authorities like CAA, ABTA, TTA should investigate this fraudulent practice.

They were efficient and quick to resolve an issue with my website. A Wordpress plugin with auto-update took all the processes and I was unable to fix it by my self. They killed the processes and disabled the faulty plugin. All this in less than 30 minutes.

I work in, a banker inform me should make an appointment and come, I make an appointment and come to bank again today, wait 25 minutes without any banker available. what is the point to doing appointment and let customer waste time and money. they tell me you want to continue to wait or make another appointment? such a bad attitude (grand prairie branch) it was a 100000 account was about to open. they lost business and I don't think it is smart way to handle customers

As a business owner I don't want to have to worry about the details on managing a website. Bigcommerce gives me the ability to have a fully functional site with inventory management, email notification, product descriptions, product pages, and much more without having to know how to code this or that. This frees me to focus on the more important things of the business. Bigcommerce is easy to use and quite intuitive! If I ever do run into a problem, their 24 hour support is ready to assist in anyway they can. There's certainly room for improvement but I completely trust BC with my site!
