Really frustrating

Really frustrating. Twice I tried getting help from chat. They've reffered me to en e-mail adress I should write to both times, that does not work. It doesn't accept incoming e-mails? I jujst need someone who can help me and who speaks English. Very frustrating to deal with. Use another Amazon website if you can! This is getting really stupid. I call them and wants to speak with someone who speaks english. Then they say one moment and put me on hold. After a while they just ends the call? What the hell??

there was a fraudulent Amazon charge …

there was a fraudulent Amazon charge pending on bank account. I checked my account, found the confirmation to the order I did not place in my email but was unable to locate the order in my account history. I immediately called Amazon and was advised by their rep that they were already aware that this was fraudulent and had deleted the order (which is why I could not find it). I was assured the pending charge would not go through and the order was gone.

Fraudulent Company,7/10 times do NOT deliver goods/items.Do not refund when requested.The SELLER VERIFICATION team is extremely inefficient,unprofessional,very very rude.Stay Away!

Avoid Amazon!!!!! and their seller --- >Trade Supplies Online

I contacted the amazon sellers Trade Supplies Online to tell them I had not received my item. They provided me with tracking which stated the item had been delivered and signed for. I was not home that day and neither was anyone else, which means the driver of UKMAIL fraudulently signed this on my behalf. I contacted them to tell them this information and they did not care. All they said was to contact UKMAIL. This problem still hasn't been resolved and now I'm £95 out of pocket with no Makita radioIts a disgrace. I work hard for my money

Amazon is CHEATING customers. BE CAREFUL

On January 5th Amazon.fr post a nice deal on a Graphic card Nvidia GTX1080 from Asus (see the picture below), I decide to buy the item so I did what normally I do just a few clicks and that was it, they send me a email that said the item is out of stock at the moment so they will send the item to me as soon as they have it available and also they will charge the amount only at the moment of sending the item (they too 12 Euros only from my account at the moment of make the order of the item).Today January 8th Amazon.fr send me an email saying "THEY ARE SORRY" but the item was cancelled by them because there was a "error" on the price (Which is not my problem because I didn´t do anything wrong more than be a regular customer who bought the item and is waiting for it as a responsible website they claim to be).What makes me think they want to cheat customers with this prcie changes, if there will be a "mistake" the system shouldn´t allow me to buy the item I think ... but imagine if I take an item on X price in their website (which I use to be a customer for several years and I will stop after this) and I pay less than the price because is "my mistake" they wont send me anything right? So now that is THEIR fault I will be without the item when I didn´t to anything wrong just click on the item and give all my personal data and card number to get the product that THEY post in that price, so basically they are forcing me to pay extra for the same thing when they post it on their site at X price now they want more for the item.Here is the email they send me today is in French: Amazon.fr > Bonjour,>> Nous vous informons que larticle +0889349442234 que vous avez choisi sur> Amazon.fr a fait lobjet dune erreur daffichage de prix.>> Malheureusement et pour une raison indpendante de notre volont, le prix> affich de larticle au moment o vous avez pass votre commande tait trs> infrieur au prix auquel nous souhaitions vendre cet article. Roku shipped from US to UK by Amazon

Ordered a Roku to be shipped from US to UK. I upgraded the delivery so it would arrive in time for Christmas. The item turned up on the 27th and was displayed as delivered without a signature. On return from holiday we eventually found the item stuffed underneath a car. The Roku had been left out in the snow and ice for 4 days.
