Review Time
I subscribed to loom and I liked the idea but it wasn't a useful prodict for me or my business. I cancelled my subscription and 12 months later was billed £83 for a subscription I didn't ask for and dont use. it is impossible to navigate through their online options of their mater sales service and this is deliberate to wear you down and avoid having to deal with my complaint or refund my fees.
I run a youtube channel and need a good screen recorder this one crashes all the time, only let's you download half of a 5 min video due to errors, after you trim the video you get errors again and again. i ended my subscription today
This company has been charging me for a subscription that I had canceled, no one has contacted me when I had reached out, and there is no customer support contact number to call, you have to email them and hope for a response but no response has ever come I do not recommend this service to anyone.
First two times worked like a charm! BUT OH MY OH MY! The last month the software has been so buggy! Complete waste of my time! I just finished 40minutes of recording only to find out that the software has not recorded the correct screen size - this is a complete waste of time - if you are a professional content creator I would highly recommend to stay AWAY from this software, since it is super unreliable and you will find yourself in my situation where I spend 3h trying to record a 40min video that at the end is not recorded....value your time because the loom app doesn't!
One of my favorite tools!The best thing about this tool is the ease of use. Quick access, record, some editing features make the process fun. Videos can be easily shared with friends or colleagues.I love how it helps to share your ideas, thoughts and be correctly understood. You explain, speak your ideas and show what you mean at the same time.The tool saves so much time typing out long emails or messages.
I'm a small business owner and have been using Loom for a few days now to make training videos for my staff. I like the program itself - my problem is that the upgrade button doesn't work and just keeps sending you to a contact page for sales, which I have now filled in 3 times and noone has got back to me in days. Is that what the CEO wants? I'm now going to use a competitor soz. I wish the sales team best of luck in their performance reviews.
