Prime sports is so bad to stream it’s a joke, I’ve paid to have a Norman Collier type view (picture and sound) of any game they have on just not worth the money. All the other service are good but the live sports has let them down to a degree where by I’m wonder if I can have all the other stuff and not the sport and pay less? But I think this won’t be possible, so if is this case the prime video get it sorted before you lose customers.!!!!!!!!!
I agree with most people on here, the price is most definately not right!Old movies, which I dont have a problem with as I enjoy most of them, but then say you want to watch a part 2 or similar movie and hey presto you have to pay!You're already paying for movies/ music and free delivery, so why pay again!Oh they do the same with the music app too!There are a few 'free' movie apps around, save your money and use them.
Amazon Prime infuriates me. Keeps regurgitating older movies but never adds anything new free to watch. Absolutely appalling service. Everything you would like to watch, you have to pay more money for. With Netflix, you pay £8.99 a month and get everything you don't from Amazon. Paying £79 a year, I would expect so much more from a multi-million pound company. I have not watched Prime for ages since signing up to Netflix. Waiting for Grey's Anatomy 16, you'll be waiting a lifetime. Been waiting for Law and order special victims unit 19 but still no show. The whole system needs to be rebooted. It is a terrible deal. Best thing is New Amsterdam and the upcoming new Leverage series. Not worth the money though. Avoid, go to Netflix. Pay for first month, second month is free.
I've tried this for six and found very little to watch without having to pay extra, which simply isn't worth it due to the poor sound quality of the majority of the Films I tried to watch!The Background music to too loud and the speech quality is abysmal even with the best settings on a Smart TV Sound Bar. What made it worse is that the majority of the Films don't even have Sub Titles to help with understanding the Dialogue.
Primevideo content has improved greatly in the past year but Amazon still need to treat customers better.Advertising for other programmes spoils the binge watching experience, slotting these between episodes with no way to disable them.The page for "Free to me" (included with membership) page includes paid content that is NOT FREE. Depending on your settings a couple of clicks could have you paying extra for something you didn't realise had a cost.That aside content is fair. Lots of very old programmes with some new. Movies are often several years old with the exception of Prime exclusives. Some content requires you to have both Prime and Netflix to view in it's entirety. e.g. Lucifer has seasons 1, 2 & 3 on prime, with 4 & 5 (later 6) on netflix.
Impossible streaming service to navigate around!! One moment you can't find movies you have started, the next they can't be found at all!?!?Is unbelievably slow to get through their index, and no possibility to just search for a genre!95% B-films.No possibility of subtitles on 90% of their filmsAlmost impossible to get out of subscription again, everything has to go through Amazon which is already a nightmare to navigate around!Steer clear!
