Prime video was once a top streaming service but they chose to fulfill their greed driven egos over content for subscribers, ADS are their priority now and a subscriber has to pay extra to remove the already purchased interference of ads by advertisers. Horrible loophole just to protect their egos!
I have to pay to have the app and then I also have to pay to watch the movies, you are basically stealing from people and I have had enough of it I go to watch a movie on your app that I have to pay money for and when I search the movie up I have to pay for it, it is ridiculous. The movies on prime that you don’t have to pay for are stupid and nobody wants to watch them. Either I pay for the app or I pay for the movie you need to change this it is getting out of hand.
Totally unprofessional functionality. I signed in to my account in the browser including SMS OTP. When I pressed "play" for a movie the Prime App was opened and I had to sign in again. Entering the OTP was impossible because it said that I had received too many OTP on this day. I had received 1 (one!) TOP so far. It was impossible to start the movie....
Way to many interruptions in service, not to mention the ads. When I pay for a service I expect to receive that service and Amazon Prime video does not deliver on their end way to often. I'll be canceling my subscription with Amazon Prime.
The Amazon prime video ad free service is a complete rip off. Amazon still shows ads. Amazon is clearly ripping off prime members. We already pay for prime, and this is pure greed. Not to mention, Amazon makes it very difficult to contact customer service. Welcome to poor customer service, and greed.
The audacity of Amazon Prime strategists to force their customers to watch 3 commercials in a row on multiple occasions while watching one show is disgusting.Hijacking ones thoughts should be a crime.I am well past suffering through the modern commercial nonsense.The result is, I no longer watch Amazon Prime.I'm tired of corporate types thinking of the public as stupid.
