Just one annoyance

Could be great if prime subscription included all the movies and TV that they advertise. Annoying when I added a bunch of shows to my list then I have to remove them one-by-one because my subscription for a media service won't let me watch their media.

Impossible to cancel

Impossible to cancel. Can't do it on the app you need to use your browser and then when you click the cancel membership button nothing happens and my card still gets charged. When I went to contest the charge via a chargeback they started charging my girlfriends credit card. Avoid at all costs.

Worst ever I've come across for…

Worst ever I've come across for downloading movies.Constantly buffering on bloody downloaded movie.Never had that before!!Thank god I just took the 7 day trial.Will definitely be cancelling

2 stars as I hate having adverts and content forced on to me when I pay for a service

While the app and content can be good at times.....The service ruins it!I pay a subscription and I'm forced to watch adverts for rubbish I will never watch.The app is very lacking. My taste varies frequently so my watch list can be very long but by time I actually want to watch something different it's lost between 10s or 100s of saved items as the app does not have a option for watch list on and only viable on a pc.That been said I have to scroll through loads crap I don't want to see to get to the content I can watch. While I understand amazon wants to push additional Subs but I aint interested and If I was i search the content out not have it forced in my face constantly

Annoying!

It’s really annoying having to search absolutely ages for a film and when I finally think I’ve found one it turns out to be in a foreign language. Why not have the description in a foreign language so customers know instead of having to spend even longer clicking into further settings just to find out the audio language? Or even better, just display that information along with the film details.

Spoiler alert!!!

Annoyingly, the channel spoils tennis tournament matches results because when you're selecting the replays, it shows the upcoming matches first! So you'll see the winner's next match before you get to the replays! Perhaps have a choice of either "Replays" or "Upcoming/Live" before you can access matches.

Amazon are happy to collect the subscription but then have the cheek to say most of the videos are not available in your location. Sub cancelled.

I use Prime Video (only) as a companion…

I use Prime Video (only) as a companion to Netflix and I think it's great, gives me lots of content, there are some very interesting shows and series. The UI is nice and simple to navigate, you can save titles for watching later and for the tiny price of 5.99 you even get 4K UHD content! Now that is nuts!! The service offers both TV and Movies rather than some other greedy platforms, their billing is rock solid. All in all - prime delivers what it promises!! Oh, and it's available on a wide range of devices so what's not to like?! Those complaining about content which isn't free, you can use the new toggle to filter out paid content. It's not hard!

What a garbage experience.

The user experience is by far the worse when you compare it to Netflix or Disney+. For example, why are the episodes to series in seasons and not just a show as a whole? You have to find the season. What is that... And why include things part of other subscriptions?Give us a filter at least to only include what's part of Prime.

NOT FREE with your subscription

NOT FREE with your subscription. I did enjoy the movies and tv shows when I first bought the yearly subscription a few years ago. Now anything worthy of watching, you have to subscribe to another company, which means more money! This should be illegal. Good luck in the future Amazon Prime Video because you're going to sink!
