Review Time
I was watching John Wick and suddenly, somewhere in the middle, the movie stopped with a message saying "not available in your region". They let me watch it for like 40 minutes. I tried to start the movie again but it was only available for rent or to buy. This is not the first time. After a lot of patience (wrong languages without proper subs, more dubbed movies than regular, and so on); I am done. Netflix or Disney is way better and more worth the money! I don't recommend PrimeVideo!
Ordered lawnmower, told delivery would be on the 29th April, now it is going to be on the 3rd of May, if I had known this I would not have bothered, also the delivery company does not have q good reputation at all, won't bother with Amazon again, complete shower.
Shame I can’t give no stars. Rubbish interfaces, dated awful content. I have stopped even opening Prime TV and just assume I will struggle to find something to watch. With loads of deliveries not next day with prime anymore I think it’s time to cancel. Was so good and has completely lost its way and deserves to fall.
What's happening to prime video. I originally had prime for the free delivery, but had the deal for £49 and not £79 then worked out that, its not really free, since you can buy most of the products cheaper elsewhere and including the postage, can still work out cheaper, (OK slower delivery times) but thought well i do get the prime video, even though 99% of tv and films are old (Plus i have nearly ever film prime are showing on dvd). Also what's with the the same tv and films being one minute free then the next you have to rent, with the majority of the same films and tv shows just being shown over and over again, free one minute and then having to rent the next. Plus now we Ads added to the same films that were free to watch only a short time before, its like the circle of death. I have cancelled my renewal like i normally do and will wait for the offer to come back, last time i got my renewal for £49 pounds for the year, which if that happens will sign up, but that's more for the free postage options, if i don't get an offer then will not be renewing anytime soon.
Prime Video is absolutely hilarious to me in a sense of poor design especially from a multi-billion dollar company like Amazon. They should just DITCH Prime Video instead and lower our Prime subscription cost because this platform is trash. The only thing that's holding them up is The Boys TV series while everything else is beyond mediocre and so is the selection.Unlike Netflix, Prime Video thankfully doesn't seem to have pushed content but why is there a standalone website called Prime Video and then there's Prime Video on Amazon's webpage where you can browse selections like you're buying products? It makes no sense to me.Not only that, but after you pay for Prime Video included with your Prime membership, so much of the content still requires you to watch ads in order for them to keep it "free". I thought that idea wasn't terrible up until I actually tried watching one of the movies and the ads are a nightmare. Long, repetitive and comes up as often as if you were watching TV!The video player is actually not bad, but the content is just terrible. Unless you pay for Amazon Prime already, don't even bother with Prime Video. In my household, we only ever visit Prime Video when we're desperate. Then we end up watching a movie from 40 years ago. Like Amazon Music, Prime Video is such a dud.
They only have english customer support, but the support workers suck at english. It is liking talking to a door, they dont understand anything you say, and they dont respond to what youre writing. It is like they dont know their own product.
