Worst of the worst! After 3 months unsuccessful attempt's to unblock my number which was blocked with no reason just with my registration I decided to sent Viber right to the hell and use normal apps.

The "Nicole" support is not very smart

The "Nicole" support is not very smart. Repeating the templates without skills to solve the basics: activation. Switching to Telegram. Bravo viber BS support.

You have no idea what it like to be pestered until you have Viber OMG you have to stop all notifications or it will drive you bonkers with stickers and rewards on and ok and on. Stick to WhatsApp

impossible to unsubscribe. There is absolutely no support. No email, contact number and chat bots only in certain countries. Soooo difficult to stop them charging you and no one to help. :( :( :(

Viber Support Ticket #4813192: Unable to make out going call.

Absolutely insane ans shameful service, I am using monthly subscription for several years and every time they block outbound service for 2 weeka atleast, post raise call gets response in weeks time, my question how come viber charging in advance when customers cant avail the service. Its shame and disappointed.

No support, just bots. Their engineers brake things all the time. I have to assume they don't have a QA team.
