Incredibly terrible customer support! They marked my number as spam for unknown reason and any attempt to communicate with them and unmark my number from the spam list is impossible. Only bot generated messages, repeating same nonsense answers. After few hours of researching, I finally reached live agent, but he simply sent me an useless link and ignored me.
I am trying to activate Viber Desktop since a week now and everytime i have an error message saying activation failed and asking to contact support.Viber's support is aweful, i feel like I am on a loop, I started by giving all the informations about my computer, OS and phone, and said that i already tried to uninstall/reinstall Viber desktop, but they kept asking the same questions and asking me to reinstall the software. After a while they just stopped answering to my mails.
Viber customer service is useless, I have issues connecting my viber account to pc so I wrote them a message, in my first ticket I stated that reinstalling viber didn't work and their first response was to reinstall viber, after telling them that it didn't work they just stopped answering. So I wrote another ticket where i stated multiple times that reinstalling didn't solve the issue but guess what? they told me to reinstall and again, stopped answering. I don't think i've ever encountered such bad customer services
Viber is the worse experience I ever met in my entire life. AI chat answer better than them support.I was facing issue with viber for Mac, each time I contact the support there give me "robotic questions" like those suggestions you see them in FAQ.Very Very upset.
