As an agency we install Wordfence on every site we own, create and host without fail. The free product is absolutely terrific, the premium is even better, customer support is superlative and issues are handled quickly and professionally. Defiant deserve their reputation.
Wordfence has been a superior product from the beginning. I’ve been with them many years. ( maybe 10 years) Everyone has always been helpful with any issues I’ve had thru the years. Today I had to ask to cancel my acct as I’m not using it and finances have dictated I downsize. Instead of sending me directions, Tiffany went the extra mile and not only deleted my billing but also removed my cc info so I wouldn’t be charged in the future. Loved them and will be back if I ever get another website up. Don’t hesitate!! Go with them!!
I highly recommend Wordfence. We use the Premium level on multiple servers and it is incredible. The support people, especially Phil Yonge, are great to work with...responsive, helpful, and really nice people. I depend on their services and read all their weekly reports which are extremely useful. Wordfence is worth every penny and a lot more!
WordFence is ran by a reliable team at Defiant. Constant updates and quick customer service responses. WordPress is an awful framework in general so WordFence is almost essential if you want to suffer through a WordPress site. I stopped using WordPress and forgot to cancel my auto payment subscription to WordFence. When I requested a refund and subscription cancelation, the WordFence team responded and refunded me within the same day. This plugin is kept current and the creators are extremely trustworthy. I highly recommend WordFence.
