Every interaction with WordFence customer support has been high-quality: quick response and they answer the question and/or address the issue I raise. In this last interaction, they were able to suggest a course of action I wasn't even aware of. The advice was very helpful.As well, the product does a great job of protecting my websites! I've been a customer for a number of years and have never once had an intrusion on any of them.
Phil at Wordfence supported me throughout my challenge - my website being hacked - and continued to provide support, advice, new ideas & expert responses throughout the process of resolving what had happened, even while this took a number of days and exchanges back & forth between my hosting provider, Wordfence and myself. I really appreciated that the case was left open and Phil remained alongside me until I could get to a solution that worked for me within the conditions we were dealing with. I was locked out of wordfence.com due to my own fault and contacted the lockout support service and bloody hell I was contacted by email the same evening with a solution to the problem. superb customer service in my opinion very polite email with a willingness to help, I can't praise them enough. wordfence is on my websites and I wouldn't use anything else!
