I had a Wordfence issue and put it up to support at 13:36, a response was had by 14:23. So, 47 minutes later from Phil. He correctly identified the issue as being derived from Javascript, and with his suggestions, the error was identified and corrected.Very professional, Very knowledgable, Produced lots of info needed to sort it out. I could not ask for more!
I guess the best thing about WordFence is that I never had to think about it. It just worked.But also, when I forgot that I no longer needed the service because I had closed my WordPress account, they gave me a refund, no questions asked and were super nice about it at the same time. Great company, great service! Subscribe!
WordFence is a great security tool for those who manage and maintain WordPress sites. It helps protect from attacks as well as report any attempts against a site. It also reminds the dev team when plugins will expire so that we can stay on top of each site's needs.
I had shut down my least performing website but forgot to cancel Wordfence until I received my billing update. I immediately informed them of my cancelled site and no need for their service. They quickly refunded my account with no hassles. I appreciated this greatly. Thanks!
