Farfetch don’t even deserve 1 star from me. This is my second order but will be my last. Order made on 12.6.2025 until today 27.06.2025 status still the same order being prepaid with UPS label already created one day after order made. Answer from Customer Service is standart for every customer (my guess) same as the guidelines, standart answer whatsoever the problem is.They don’t even trying to explain the details problem, find another solution or anything, satisfy the customer needs is not in their words 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Why do you offer world wide shipping if you can’t ensure the stock is available or not. Just make inquiry with email or phone with the stores you are working with. The world is small now with internet. 2 weeks with no updates is unacceptable.Extremely disappointing 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻FYI my order : 97H6FW

To whom it may concernI have still been charged for my account after repeated attempts to have my details and all information removed, this process has been going on for 6 months and you've been stealing my money the whole time. I don't have access to that account it says it's deleted but you're still taking my money. I will now proceed with litigation and will refer to the crunch roll employee "Megha" providing false or misleading information. I will post this as many times as possible on Google reviews that you refuse to delete my account information and will continue to charge me. This process has impacted my mental health And I will speak compensation.

Absolutely terrible. Takes forever to get anything done, must go in in person or have a letter sent out. Takes weeks to set up an account, they then send you numerous different cards (all charged). E-banking is worse with a kind of two app system that also requires two letter spread over weeks. Lose your phone and you are dead in the water for weeks on end with no access to your accounts! I absolutely do not recomend using this bank.

Disappointed with the way they handle product… I’ve ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals and to my surprise the item was damaged, there was a visible mark on the insole. I’ve decided to send it back and ordered another pair. I really didn’t expect my item to arrive damaged again.. this time the mark is on the outer part, the suede strap has a stain from glue or something of similar texture. I couldn’t be bothered to send it back for the second time as I need it for my travel but what are the odds of that? Disappointed.

They said 2 days, and it was 2 days to the United States by UPS to two different locations. Two packages the other way by mail took 15 and 16 days, respectively. The process requires a little more work than taking it to the post office, but it is much less expensive and gets delivered quickly and on time. So try it.

i am highly suspicious of the validity of this review company. I placed a review and received request for additional information. I provided the information, and my review was not published. I inquired about the issue, and there was no response. My review was a reasoned, fact-based, negative review. The apparent road-block to publish my review raises my suspicion that this is a company with a motive. It makes me wonder whether Capterra has an allegiance to select company.****After a response from Capterra, I reached out to Capterra as was instructed. Giving them 2 stars because I got to talk with someone.I had to get a new WF CC at Microcenter because I hadn't used the other one in years. That was fine. Received my statement and went online to make a payment. I was trying to sign on and gave all the information requested. I noticed that my landline was listed as my phone number. It gave an opportunity to add "another" cell phone number so, of course, I thought it might be useful so I did. I entered what I thought was my password and hit enter. My account was immediately suspended saying I had made too many attempts to sign on. I tried ONE time. I called the number listed and they told me they couldn't send a text to my phone. I said that was correct since it was a landline. They had NO OTHER WAY they would contact me. They wouldn't call the phone number listed, nor was I asked for an email address or even my cell number. Of course I was angry because in spite of what I was told, I only tried to log on once. They said I would have to call back on the 8th. After being on hold today for over 20 minutes the first time I finally got to talk with someone (I was angry by this time). I explained I was trying to make a payment and the only option they had was to send me a text. I was still trying to understand why my account was suspended without giving me any other opportunities to recover my account, i.e. phone call, text or email (like EVER OTHER INSTITUTION I DEAL WITH). They will ONLY use cell phone to verify because of security. Now, if someone had my ssn and dob, it could be very possible they had my cell phone. My landline would be much more secure. But no, they won't call you. Rep finally added my cell phone number to the account so they could send me a text (but that wasn't offered initially). The Rep did not stay on the phone with me until I logged on successfully. I wasted probably 2 hours trying to make a simple payment.This is not the first time we have had issues. The other situation was when a relative died and my husband had a joint checking account with them. Leaving the money in that account was our fault. However, last year (after 8 years) we received a 1099 form so we called WF about the account. Their response was that they don't have an account with that number. Due to inactivity that account is somehow "gone" and no one knows anything about it. We've already talked to 3 reps with no one knowing where the money is (and they don't care). I will be cancelling this card and separating myself from WF.

Recently I ordered two tops from Macy's. They changed the order to xs for one of the two. ??? Call immediately when I received the confirmation. I was assured by Amor, employee# 5384024009 that he would do his job. Big old lie. He did nada, nothing, nil. Now finally on its way. Still an extra small. They do this for???. Extra work for the distribution center, billing, (I will return). And gained an enemy. Can not trust them. They would not recognize and fix the issue. They are off my list. Too many places that have customer service to use a company with no cs.
