GOVERNMENT MAFIA…

Been waiting two years for a tax refund now I have to wait for last year's 2023 tax refund. They don't have a clue what they are doing. Slow as hell to help the poor and working class, but roll out the red carpet to foreigners with taxpayers money.

The IRS is trash

The IRS is trash. I paid an enormous tax bill on time for them to come back and tell me I owe $3000 more!!?? I want to know where they get these numbers. So you try to call, no one answers. Go online, their website is awful. Money grubbing thieves. They just make something up and tell you to pay it. And then when you don’t they charge you interest. 🙄🙄 As if I don’t get taxed out the ass every single day to this is this hell hole. Someone do something about this!!!!

Just crap

Just crap, nobody answers phones unless you know the secret prompts, plus going online solves nothing. Wait times are long and when you do wait they pick up and hang up

IRS LIES

They lie and put you on hold for exorbitant amounts of time and most of the C.S reps have no knowledge after you tell them what you are calling for or they accidentally on purpose hang up on you but the worst part is they send you in circles from department to department and you still don’t get an accurate answer I was on the phone from 7 am to 530pm and no one can find my returnI

If I could leave a negative star review…

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I have been trying to get a hold of the IRS since March. There is no absolute way to talk to a REAL PERSON unless you have your Social Security number, how you filed, and “the amount of your return” and birthdate. Which when you owe federal but are getting a refund from the state, there is no real answer of what amount to put in. I just keep getting a message saying my information does not match.AND SOMEHOW my birthdate was changed internally and no one can tell me how it happened. I had to go to the nearest Social Security Office to look into my situation. And yes my birthdate had been changed somehow. And because my information does not match, which is out of my control, I have had NO WAY of talking to someone. This is a really terrible thing. My identity has been illegally changed without my permission and I can’t talk to someone to figure this out. Absolutely ridiculous. What are my tax dollars going to? Obviously not humans working for the government anymore. It’s all with robots that hang up on you. Just a great way to have a 30,000 sq ft building to pay for only 2 employees to work at such a place. And for American citizens to get no where.

I filed my taxes back at the beginning…

I filed my taxes back at the beginning of February and owed money. By the end of February I had paid in full the money I owed and then got charged again on April 15th. I spoke to customer service and they told me that it would take 10 days for that 2nd payment to be processed and that I would be refunded the money of the 2nd charge. It has been almost a whole month and the 2nd charge is still pending and I have tried to get in contact with them and I either can't get a hold of person to speak with in the "correct" department or I get put on hold and after waiting 6 to 10 minutes in addition to waiting 30 mins for them to call me back, they drop the call.

The IRS customer service is a shame the agents are trained just like cops with tyrannical tactics and abuse of power,the government agents must hold accountable the IRS is like a nazy torture camp not counting the hours you spend trying to contact them and al the sudden get disconnected Mrs Ramirez in Jacksonville Fl

The only time to get Help which was Excellent!

Greatly appreciated Ms. T. Pandhare at E-Help office in MA. for her profound knowledge about how to apply for EFIN and very patient and kind professional assistance. It was the first time and only time in years that I received answers to my questions via phone calls to IRS. The rest just told me: “Call again in 30 days to check it out.” That is what I received after holding for 30 to 60 minutes. It has been going on and on for almost 3 years since it started, unfortunately, the refund of 2020 is not received yet. Anyone can help?

This agent makes the IRS look amazing.

don’t know if anyone from the IRS reads this but I am going to try anyway. There’s an agent named Mr. Wilson - Badge number (1004609027) who helped me today. He literally spent almost an hour trying to help me. I was so shocked to be honest because I’ve talked to IRS agents before (which most are very helpful) but Mr. Wilson was like 100x helpful and I’ve never had any (much less any support person of any company in the world) ever go above and beyond what Mr. Wilson did today. This guy seriously needs to be promoted to manager status. He makes the IRS look good - and he was very knowledgeable. Please give him a raise!

Lazy staff and Liars too!!!

I am getting sick and tired of waiting on you people to process my returned it's been almost 2 months now since I e filed it it's all accurate and correct so what is the issue everyone else is dealing with delays your staff needs to get fixed and there rudeness with me on the phone deserves to get fired and clock out and go home hateful grouch's. Congress is involved now has been since around about the first of this month too next it's going to be Senate Todd Young's office involved get up and get on the ball. You want my paperwork and rush and run me to death to get it so get off of your lazy Rear end and get it done I am not filing this next year and I don't care you audit me I am not doing it cause of this here and the waiting No.. where is this so called letter about my identity being stolen that was a lie to the liar Mr. Wilson is his name you keep mine uphold much longer I am going to local IRS here in my state and see what they can to push this more quicker I am sick of this. Now they go back on the IRS2GO app and put on there my return is being processed and it will come when it's available on refund date No I am placing a call come Monday to Senator Todd Young's office and someone is not going to have a job at the IRS office.
