IRS employees with attitude!

Today I spoke with the IRS representative T Alexander #100527...whatever! Mind you, I am a Power of Attorney, I proudly represent the State of California affiliated with all legal systems! Within. 35 years experience plus in my multiple fields! She needs More training!! She Only works for the IRS. Just because she works for the IRS, she thinks she's Almighty. I have no time to deal unprofessional individuals that work with the IRS or CA State Franchise Tax Board with this attitude ego'. FIX THIS IRS CORP!! Hire people that keep your reputation in check. -

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. People just say take them off speakerphone just so they have an excuse to hang up in you. He wasn't even on speakerphone. I PAID MY TAXES ON TIME and they keep losing the money. I spoke with a woman 3 months ago and resolved the issue, now they say I still owe them $16,000 plus penalties. I've been on hold for several hours total today. This is ridiculous! "Mr. Hornsby #1005245270 is not trained at all to be a representative. Help your people IRS!

Been calling all day to talk to someone…

Been calling all day to talk to someone and can't I get sent to a different line everything or hung up on this is bull over 10 hours of time

I just don't understand how they ask…

I just don't understand how they ask you about a million questions when they owe YOU money back! I understand for identity but come on, when you owe us money back is all that really necessary especially given social security numbers etc... to help identify the person?

The IRS is in violation of my…notice of harm to my constitutional rights.

The IRS is in violation of my constitutional rights. Violation of my 4th amendment by not articulating why my taxes are being reviewed. Map vs Ohio 367 US 643. Violations of my 6th amendment right. My property is being held without due process. I received my second notice claiming they needed nothing else from me. The IRS is in clear violations of their own taxpayers bill of rights. No one can even get ahold of them to clear up any delay. Lastly this is an oppression of law 42 ISC 1983. Just because you use our tax $ to pay your bills does not mean you are allowed to withhold our property without reason.

They don’t care about anyone!!

They don’t care about anyone!!! The workers are horrible and never offer solutions. I need my money and they choose to keep sending it in the mail for it to be stolen.

If Zero Existed for Ratings

If there was a way to give a big fat zero, I would. I was just on the phone with them about my taxes from last year and this year. All of which have not been returned to me. I have been calling not only them but my tax person for last year's taxes and they're getting the same thing. At this point I'm ready to scream and being someone who works for customer service this is the worst way to feel. I finally got through to someone today and the call went over the time that they close. At 13 minute after they hung up on me and I'm honestly ready to snap on anyone from the IRS because of it. Why take the call if you're not going to finish it at all? What's the point of taking the calls if you're going to hang up on me? Get it together. I'm done verifying who I am and there's no way to find out anything else about what's going on with MY funds that should have been returned by now.. smh... this is why I strongly dislike the country I live in sometimes. Where's my money? Any other time you all want us to pay you or you'll take something away from us. What about when we want our money?!

Super Great Customer Service!

After countless on-hold and disconnected calls over the past 4-5 months I finally got through to a IRS Customer Service Representative (Yvonne K, Badge # 1003434741) who knew what she was doing and talking about! So thankful for her super good (great) Customer Service skills. She was able to listen effectively and efficiently to my inquiry and then provide an appropriate resolution accordingly. Thank You Yvonne K! It's definitely more people like you that should be hired by the IRS and that are adequately named and fitted to represent a major organization such as them. Keep up the great work! :)

Oh my

Oh my, if I could give a negative 10, I would. My taxes were frozen (by mistake) and I've trying to un-freeze them for almost 5 months now. I only found this out recently after 5-6 calls and calls/requests to another agency. Everyone I've spoke to at the IRS has either not known what was going on or outright told me something untrue. I've never dealt w/ anything like this! How does the head of the IRS keep his job?! It makes you lose further faith in your gov't, if it wasn't low already.
