To be honest this doesn't happen very often but when it does it is EXTREMELY frustrating!The delivery driver said " Parcel was handed to resident "Possibly he or she handed to A resident but it wasn't the right resident!!Now I have to wait 24hrs before they take any action!Parcel not received, delivery driver is a liar & it's the customer who has all the grief! Not impressed In all fairness to Amazon they responded and refunded me within an hour :) So, I am changing from a 1 star to a 3 no more as the driver lied.
Should’ve had items delivered this afternoon as the time went by saying it’s gonna be delayed then also get a message to say your items have been delivered. No my items have not been delivered. This is the second time this has happened to me in one week. how can they keep getting away with this? Been onto Amazon? Got to wait 48 hoursit’s an absolute joke. They need to do something about the drivers. They don’t care. They lie said it’s been handed to the person no you haven’t handed anything to me. I’m sitting here waiting and have been for many hours. They are liars.
You have heard about the Indians well meet the cowboys there delivering drivers are disgustingly bad you tell them to knock the door and see if I am in first and just dump items in clear view outside on the main road for any man and his dog to help themselves to They can’t even tell the difference between my front door and a cupboard door downstairs WORST COMPANY EVER
I have been a Prime Amazon member for many years . However , I feel Prime is literally a waste of money . I always get returned items . You can tell when something is a return . Well this week alone has been a total nightmare with Amazon . I ordered several products this week. One after opening the package was open and stuffed into a plain box with ripped tape and a dismantled box . I contacted Amazon and they offered a replacement in which I have received . The issue with this Amazon has replaced several items due to their negligence. Amazon has said that I would “ not “ be charged and to donate , keep or throw out the damaged item . In which , I have done countless times . After months down the line I receive a email stating I need to return the item or get charged. This is after they told me to donate , keep or throw out . When I look into the messages to my surprise it’s no longer there and all other messages are still there. I know now to keep my own proof. Well their nonsense stops today . I ordered a package . Once I received a notification I quickly went to the area of my home to retrieve my package . The only problem was the amazon package was fully sealed a white Amazon small bag and completely empty . I was furious and cursed amazon out their representatives are like bots and repeat the same thing over and over . But this was the last time . Amazon they don’t care about how valuable you are as long as you keep spending money. Well this was the straw that broke the camels back today . To ask me do I want a refund or a replacement And there was nothing else that they could do . Well I canceled prime for good and will be making this known on every site possible . To receive a empty package and to hear the same thing, Amazon values you as a customer and we certainly are sorry that this has happened . Well they lost a great customer. Amazon has went downhill from where it was years ago .
Shambolic. Why are lockers not available for some orders? I chose home delivery then never received my parcel, no carrier info, even the seller doesn't have the carrier info. It's all well and good to be refunded but I would prefer the company to be functional so I can receive my order.Amazon customer service just tell you whatever, without checking the details or checking what exchanges you have already had. The told me my parcel was damaged (not true).It's impossible to get any meaningful information from them.
Customer service is a joke !Absolutely not motivated in helping you.My return shipping (using Modial Relay as per instructions received) went missing but Amazon.fr doesn't want to help.Contacted them 4 times, but or they terminate the contact halfway or they provide a standard & useless answer and termintate the contact after that.Lost 250 euro !Amazon.be and Amazon.de were always helpfull in the past, but Amazon.fr just don't care ;-(

Applied and received return label but I was expected to pay for return shipping to Germany the cost of which would be more than original cost of order.Order fulfilled by 2Friends GmbH.Attempted to contact supplier through Amazon Fr. but no response received.
