This company have taken 500 euros out of my account days after I cancelled the order. They are already in breach of the contract as I was told the order was in the advances stages 6 hrs after I ordered and cancelled it when indeed it was not due to be despatched for two weeks. In any instance this order is now delayed and I still have no money. I was assured I would get my money back on the 9th May and they now say the order late. Be aware they steal money from your account without you knowing and so far are no giving it back. The order is late so regardless if this order is cancelled Amazon are now in breach and cannot provide an order on time. The company (Canopia) who are the seller are just as bad they are do not respond to emails about my money. Pleased be aware there are rogue companies out there who narrowly avoid the law!Update 12th May, the delivery is delayed and not cancellable on my account. I believe again that despite not wanting the order (and it being cancelled) they are again in breach of consumer rights but not allowing me to cancel an order which was due on the 6/7 May. It is now predicted for 21 May. Any other order andnif it is late I am in my right to cancel. I am onto legal advise now about this.
I wanted to buy an article from Amazon so signed up and then when I searched for it I was shown hundreds of other things which were of no interest to me. It took me thirty minutes using AI to even BEGIN to cancel this disgusting branch of crooks. I wrote to CNIL and am still awaiting a response. This company should be closed down as they are clearly criminal. Backward dogs write the date backwards - 2025 05 06 is the CORRECT DATE!!!!! NOT ANYTHING ELSE.
On the website you are told that recharging your account takes 5 minutes. I have waited 30 minutes and been told through chat that it would take 5 more minutes. I waited 10 and they say that it can take 48 hours! This is false advertisement. I am attaching the screenshot of what amazon says will happen when you recharge your account.
I ordered a Polaroid camera bag, but instead received two USB-C adapters that are completely unrelated to the product I purchased. The package I received is labeled incorrectly as “tui Polaroid, Sac Polaroid,” but clearly does not contain anything resembling a camera bag. What is even more concerning is the label on the back of the packaging, which lists the following contact information:Yeepin GmbHAlleestr.11, 67655 KaiserslauternRheinland-Pfalz, GermanyAlso they gave the wrong email. This email address is highly suspicious and unprofessional, suggesting that this may be a scam or that the seller is using misleading or false contact information. No legitimate business should be using a free email service like Outlook for official correspondence. This experience raises serious concerns about the reliability of the seller and the authenticity of their products. I would strongly recommend Amazon to investigate this seller and take appropriate action to prevent other customers from facing similar issues. After receiving the wrong item, I contacted the seller to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, their response has been extremely unhelpful. They refused to arrange a courier for the return and insisted that I must cover the shipping and send the product back first, only then will I be refunded. They also refused to provide any form of compensation for the inconvenience or their mistake. When I asked further questions or expressed concern, they completely ignored my requests and refused to listen. This is not how responsible sellers or platforms should treat customers — especially when the fault lies entirely with them. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. I expect Amazon to review this seller’s practices and take appropriate action.
Seriously Amazon France, when will you finally take responsibility and do something about the lame delivery service provider you use? The livreurs from La Poste, Colissimo, and Chronopost don't give a damn about the packages they deliver. I've received 7 packagges in the last 4 days, and every single one of them has arrived either wet: damaging the books inside, boxes broken because they squash them inside the tiny boîte aux lettres even when the boxes are evidently bigger than the mail box, breaking whatever was inside the box, packages opened... it's a disaster, and who's to blame? Amazon or the delivery people? Customers cannot know who was the one who actually delivered the packages, so it's Amazon's responsibility for continuing to allow this type of shitty service from the national postal service without addressing this with them.
Return garden lights via Post Office. Waited for refund however it never came. Sent emails and telephoned but Amazon stated they had no record of receiving the return. Amazon deliveries are left on the drive and not bought to the door and made the occupants aware that they have delivered. I watch them on the door cam and they just drop the delivery on the drive, take a photograph and return to their van. Anyone could pick up the delivery.
Item not delivered, expensive item so got it go to local store, waited all day, not for the first time either, 7.39pm message says delivery attempted, can't deliver. No attempt was made, that's a lie, got in touch, got all the usual bull****. Amazon are useless, no come back, no help, no item. Couriers gone awol with it, again.
