I have been super pleased with the support that I have received from Wordfence. I've had a couple of issues over the last couple of months and the support has been exceptional. I'm great at creating content but hate it when I have technical issues with my site. It's a challenge for me as a solopreneur to do everything. Luckily, I have premium support with Wordfence and their people care about what they do. Special thanks to Adam for reading between the lines of my panic mode. Highly recommend!
Wordfence have now helped me on another 2 issues since my last review and Phil (Customer Support Engineer) was again fantastic. The response and and help was fast and efficient , one of the issues was my own doing and Phil gave me all the help I needed to resolve it, (MASSIVE THANK YOU). In fact I am so pleased with all the help and service I have received when our new business grows we will upgrade our protection level for even more great assistance and protection.Thank you Wordfence and Phil (lol) for keeping our site safe from outside attacks, It Is amazing and concerning how many times a day different people are trying to gain access to our website. We were advised to install wordfence for added protection to our website. It has been a total disaster, you need to be very technical for the application to work.The support is appalling unanswered emails and being locked out of my website for over 8 days now... orders requiring dispatch are inaccessible. I can only conclude wordfence was once good, however, something is definitely amiss and so very destructive to a business dependant on accessing orders and indeed ones own website
I started using Wordfence Pro on my personal websites for a few years now, and it worked so well that I started using it for my Employer’s websites also. I have never had a problem or reason to contact support over the years, but today I needed support and I frankly expected a runaround or a delay or some baloney, the same as I get from support staff these days. I gave them a problem and explained it to the best of my ability and they replied within an hour telling me that the issue had been fixed, and it certainly was! I'm extremely impressed with their support and perhaps even more impressed that over all the years that I've been using Wordfence, I haven't needed any support because it just works! Look no further folks, Wordfence is the real deal!
I'm an experienced WordPress user. I turned to WordFence after a series of hacking problems that I could not resolve with local experts. Within days, the problem resolved. Holes plugged. Cracks sealed. Suspicious elements removed. Thereafter, I have had occasional threats identified and sorted with a few clicks of the mouse. Wordfence is clear, flexible, transparent, and communicative. I see what their system is doing, and I can control at a granular level. All the while, WordFence is operating the background to deal with problems I had no idea about. Support is 5*. I get quick replies and specific help. It feels that there are experienced staff picking up the emails and jumping to solve problems. I pay for the Premium subscription. I run 3 separate sites on that license. Their dashboard gives me a 1-stop view of all security issues on all my sites. Highly time and cost effective.
This is truly an amazing plugin. Even the free version is loaded with features and constantly updated. I feel very secure and comfortable knowing that Wordfence is looking after my website. Mike Maunder and company also do an excellent job with continuous updates and news about the latest threats.
