Don't often leave reviews, but thought I needed to offer my support of this product. Product is brilliant. I have used free version previously but recently upgraded my sites to the premium version which is worth every penny. The support either makes or breaks a good product and in this case the support has been exemplary. Top marks!
A superb product. We have used WordFence and WF Premium for several years - it's one of the first plugins we install on every website we build or maintain. Besides peace of mind from their firewall and scan tools, WordFence also produce excellent content each week in their blog and video casts.
We are very happy with the Wordfence plugin also with the very good service of the people behind the scenes. We sometimes make mistakes but Wordfence-people are always helpful to make it correct for us. Thanks Wordfence, you do a good job!
There is good and there is Elite.Sometimes you hear so much hype about a product and you wonder. But let me tell you, not only is Wordfence THAT good, it totally stands in a class all on it's own. I marveled about detailed and how intricately layered this app is while all at the same time as easy as activating it and you're good to go.But what got me to do this review is the OUTSTANDING support.Wow. Hats off to Scott Miller!Mark and Ram, please give this man a raise!Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he went the extra mile(s)!In the current world we live today, people like Scott make all the difference!Thank you Scott.Thank you Webfence.For me, going premium was the easiest decision in a long while. Having researched and trialled various security plugins Wordfence wins hands down each time. All our websites are running Wordfence Premium and this plugin has served us very well for several years and the support team are second to none. As a small business there are an array of tasks to take care of and it is a very small price to pay for Wordfence Premium to take care of an extremely important task and is worth every penny.A reliable security plugin is paramount but it goes without saying this must be backed up by a good technical support team who can assist you when there is a problem. The Wordfence technical support goes beyond the call of duty and their knowledge is very reassuring when things go awry with your website.Phil provided an excellent service giving us the confidence we are with the right people who really know what they are doing and can explain and assist in a very succinct, knowledgeable and helpful manner.Having numerous plugins running on a WordPress website can result in all manner of conflicts, never mind issues that maybe caused by the hosting services used which can be a nightmare to unravel without the right technical support at hand.Wordfence not only protects your website from being hacked but provides a wealth of advice and excellent technical support when needed. Serious issue? Who cares! I contacted 14 hours ago to inquire about suspicious activity. I have received three obtuse replies from wordfence as my site sits at risk. I will no way receive support for I'd imagine another ten hours. So I hope the party who wanted my info enjoys it, since warning wordfence as I saw this coming wasn't an issue they seemed to care about.I see below they replied. It's nice to learn the answer to my question first came to a public facing page and not to me. We are now 30 hours into the issue and a simple feature cannot be explained to me. Rather than fixing my issue they were concerned with their outward facing image. Excellent service. Just tops.I'm four replies deep! Shall I enlighten the public as to how I re-iterated everything the day following the incident since clearly nothing was checked then? it is 11:18 AM on 3/4/2021 ET for reference.
