Had an issue of what I thought was a Wordfence conflict with my theme. Support (Premium) got back to me right away and walked me through some steps to check where the problem was. Wordfence turned out to not be the issue, but I wouldn't have found that out without their help.

My website was hacked and numerous accounts were approved with Russian emails which I could not delete because the WordPress admin site would crash. Also, any links to my website were redirected to a spam website especially on FB, so I hired Wordfence. In two days the website was cleaned, I got a report stating the next best steps for me to take and now my website is back to normal.I cannot thank Wordfence enough. Their service was friendly, professional and prompt.Definitely worth the money!
I have been using Wordfence for a couple of years on my two sites. The plugin’s easy-to-follow setup and recommended settings helped speed up both sites. Recently, the automatic Wordfence scans began failing. Unable to figure out the problem, I contacted Wordfence support. They were unable to find any problem on their end, but suggested I contact my hosting provider about a possibly blocked IP address. Sure enough, my hosting provider told me they had recently started blocking an IP address Wordfence used. After my hosting company unblocked the IP address, Wordfence started working perfectly again. I absolutely love Wordfence. Their support team is quick to respond and provides help, even when the problem is not a Wordfence problem. I highly recommend Wordfence.
Being a business owner and just loosing our Developer it's difficult to deal with some of the more complex issues. On one site there was a difficult issue that TIM from support solved after digging in and checking things outside wordfence installation itself, something that's not expected but greatly appreciated and was solved within an hour.Not having wordfence is like driving an uninsured car.When you don't need assistance Wordfence is doing a brilliant background job
