Review Time
We have been victims of hacking (on a continual basis) and WordFence has been a huge help. Not only does it have the tools to keep our site safe, but their support is fantastic. Their responses are timely, patient, and as detailed as needed. I don't write so many reviews, but I have to say they've been a rock for us through all this and I couldn't imagine making a new site without their software.
I have been dealing with Wordfence for about 18 months now. There added security for my website has been great and it is so simple to use and set up. I have only had to contact them once for customer service and it was handled promptly. I highly recommend using their service.
Excellent customer service and a great plugin, highly recommend! In addition to the plugin offering superior website protection against hackers, I recently had an issue with access to my site and opened a ticket with WordFence to see if they could help me out. I had a response and resolution within an hour and the issue was not even caused by the WordFence plugin. WordFence definitely cares about helping their customers!

The WF Premium is a serious defender and I see the difference compared to other few security plugins I had by just looking at the list of blocked bad actors from the reports. Now I am confident I can entrust my site to the plugin and WF team and may always rely on a really quick, friendly and professional support in a case I need it. No compromises for me - WF only.
Before installing Wordfence any Wordpress website, I publish gets down and full of virus everytime, I have upload using a backup, but the time I started using wordfence even free versions works fabulous, I do get a report also emailed to me about the attacks denials, A wonderfull plugin with robust features, never hesitate to buy premium ones. My problems regarding website came to end as I have started using wordfence
Wordfence has always been one of my favorite plugins. I'm not the most techie of people and their technical support is always quick to respond, patient with my ignorance, and a delight to work with. Other support teams could learn a lot from the Wordfence team.
