I had a problem with my WordFence…

I had a problem with my WordFence Central account and contacted the lockout team. I expected a long wait for a response. What I got was a response with a solution within the hour. That is good service!!

Just a quick note

Just a quick note. We used this service for a couple of years and never had a serious issue. They were always very responsive. If something did come up. We will definitely use Wordfence again in the future.

Prompt and Professional Support

When our website was experiencing difficulties, Phil was prompt and courteous throughout the exchange. His questions and directions were very clear and helped us resolve the situation quickly. Having prompt and professional support is not the only reason to invest in Wordfence Premium. Their real-time blocking of threats is our number one reason!

Wordpress Scan Issues for Website

Launched my website February 2024 and along the way upgraded to Wordfence Premium which seems to be a great product. I recently had issues with the scan not working successfully, and wasn’t sure what to do regarding, so I contacted my Web Developer and also contacted Wordfence Tech Suppprt. Phil from Wordfence Tech Support was able to help funnel the solution after a few days of back and forth emails on different time zones (Australia to US). Phil’s solutions were very descriptive and easy to follow as well as helped me to learn a few additional things about Wordfence.Scans are back working fine again.Thanks heaps!

Out of the way assistance

I was so sure that I was hacked. I wrote a ticket (WordFence Care) which was promptly acted upon. Margaret, the customer support engineer handling the issue, researched the problem, which was a technical issue, and then explained the problem. I was able to resolve the problem quickly. Thanks to all those at WordFence who painstakingly and patiently help people like me who, at times, inadvertently give a false alarm.Ray

Prompt Ticket support
